I know many of you are sad, but I am really pissed off and the problem is beyond Romney. I am pissed off at the GOP establishment, RINOs and pundits who serve their own self-interest instead of the interest of our party.
This is not the end of the world...things happen for a reason and perhaps this may end up being a blessing in disguise. The republican party is in for a rude awakening and I will no longer support RINO candidates. I have a lot more respect for Romney than I did several months ago, but he isn't the avenger we desperately needed.
Don't you get it? The country wasn't open to a tea party candidate or it would have picked one-our problem is our moral fiber in this country-even among conservatives has gone to pot! There are so many divisions in the conservative/Republican people-it does make sense that this all happened-if the left is nothing else it is unified in its ways for better or worse and unification will get you farther than division-plus the press rules and they let us know it tonight! I hope there will still be voices that speak the truth but I am concerned that the penalties will be much greater this time around for those that do!
Exactly. 50% of the country wants more entitlements- on demand abortions no matter what, worry free immigration, Gun control, God control, PC correctness....and more taxes. Less freedom for a few free perks . Oh and they wouldn't mind free health care either. No thanks, but how do you win running against that?
Are you kidding?? We didn't pick our candidate...the establishment did by pushing Romney and trashing the other GOP candidates.
We need a serious conservative candidate next time. Someone who will make the message clear. When conservatism is spoken clearly and honestly we win every time. For ex. Scott Walker, Ted Cruz, and Rubio. Romney is good, but he was not the best conservative choice and did not make the distinction clear. Still Romney is way better than O will ever be.
Candidate isn't the problem. Reagan would have lost. Mitt had nearly same % of the demos. But 88% of whites in '80 an 74% now. Last I checked the national vote was 300K off. 300K! This isn't a candidate problem.
BTW, exit polls said auto bailout was very popular in Ohio and by a small margin still blamed Bush for economy.
The candidate is not all of the problem, there are a number of things I think that went wrong. The repub party has to do some soul searchin in the next three years. Because there was some serious miscalculations done this time.
Unless I'm reading the poll wrong Allen West looks to be losing by 1K with 97% of the votes in. Can anyone confirm?

I can't imagine...that must have been extremely sad...the country really needed people like Mitt and Ann...we had such high hopes.

Agree, Nightmare! This election was stolen by some absolutely incredible means. This is just not right.
I agree with those of you who think something is strange with the vote counts. When I saw Romney's rallys on TV, the excited people in attendance vs. the people at Obama's rallys, some leaving early at a Virginia rally...it just isn't adding up. It is VERY hard to believe that Romney has received less votes than McCain!
My God is still where He always is. I completely trust Him in all things. I am glad He is Almighty and not mere man as some would think dear leader is.

I would not fight Obamacare either, I would allow everything in Obamacare to pass through, even dodd frank, I think there has to be full fledged liberalism in this country. I think we should vote for all of Obama's bills. I believe this is the only way we can get conservatism back. But I agree Galatians, We turned away from the Lord, and He can not be blamed for this mess. We allowed this to happen,not just in these past 4 years, but in the last 50.
How do you get a hold of a country- you start with the children. You take God out of the classroom and teach godless values. Look at Hitler's youth and communism and red China- they all get a hold of the youth.
Lack of fearing and loving God, breakdown of the family and shirking of civic responsibility by conservatives are all elements, the first part in this list being key. Changed hearts are needed if pro-life, pro-family conservatives are to be put forward as viable candidates. God's life-altering Gospel is needed in the hearts and minds of Americans.
Yeah, they will be here tomorrow, honking all day at us conservatives. It won't be pretty.
My signs will be up thru the weekend and I will for once leave them on the car, Harley and scooter. I usually remove them. I am going to stand firm and be proud that I voted for freedom. And this time I will say " don't blame me, I didn't vote him" I don't usually like to say I told you so, but tonight I look forward to the day I hear someone whine about their plight when they voted in more debt and less freedom.

thats the thing, they dont care about the economy. For them, those 3 things are the most important and the first 3 things they will push.
FOX just posted totals for the country - I know the votes aren't all in yet with the west coast and Alaska/Hawaii, but roughly 49 million each for Obama and Romney? I understand Obama getting 21 million less than '08, but Romney getting 11 million less than McCain? Now I know something's up with the election polling. There needs to be an investigation.
How does one go about auditing a nation-wide election? It's the only answer, but darned if I know how it would be done. Then again - the, political will would have to be there to do it, and so far there's been precious little of that from our side. The people would have to have mass demonstrations, starting this week, to force one...
The problem is that we can't - not without an honest media. And we know where this media stands. What we need is a counter-revolution of sorts. Not a violent overthrow, but a resistence of the WWII nature. We must now consider ourselves a minority and endangered. That is the only way to survive.
Obama will take this nation down. It won't last four more years like the last four. I just watched Bill Whittle's Stratosphere Lounge and he was talking about a parallel society, where we allow Obama his dues and build our own infrastructure and lifestyle on the side.
I like Bill, but this idea won't ever work. What he failed to see was that no matter what we do, Obama's government will continue to tax us more and more until we have nothing. Ideal societies like that are like saying "leave the radical Muslims alone and they will leave us alone". No they won't. They will destroy us.
So we need to find a way to take over this country our own way. I heard West lost his race in Florida (yeah, it just keeps getting better and better, doesn't it). He is the perfect man to head a new party which we need to build from the ashes of what we left behind. It will materialize as we go. More on that later.
Until then, everybody better learn how to be survivalists (I already have) because things are going to collapse down the road, probably before we can ever stop it now.
We already know - He lost. he will make an excellent choice for our new top man in the new party, though. Plenty of time to work toward 2016, if 2016 ever gets here that is. I suspect the effects of Dec.21st, 2012 will get here first.
You are right - the enemedia kills all. One small glimmer is that we won't know how LTC West did until early morning - but if he does not win, then that just hardens my conviction that our people across the board (with a very few exceptions) had their elections stolen from them. Survival camp, here I come...
He may have,and we can not blame Him for it... but we're not forever in darkness if we know Jesus. Be still and know that He is God. He never forsakes His own.
I do wonder if we are being punished. God has allowed Obama to stay in power, even though it seemed impossible for him to win. I don't even know what to think now. I really don't want to live in this country anymore; this is not my America.
