An uber-wealthy 0.1 Percenter activist judge appointed by Obama does what we failed to do - stop the elephants from obliterating the 5th Amendment.
I seriously do not think she or Hussein are doing this because they give two Shites about the Constitution, but at least it slows the war on the Republic down a little bit for now.
Well according to the article she ruled against the defendants in this suit, Obama, Panetta and the DOD. Apparently her time at Wesleyan University made a deep impression.
