I think the administration and congress acted very irresponsible, putting peoples lives in danger even. I couldn't believe the shameful way they acted, especially in the hearing. The fact of the matter is that these Bounus are lawful in three ways. 1) Contract between private citizens 2) Contract between citizens based on the laws of Conn. The Conn. Wage Act 3) The Stimulus Plan that was signed into Law I don't know if there would have been a plan other than. "Hey want are we going to do about the Stimulus Bill allowing bonuses for AIG?"
