All of a sudden MSNBC is good TV

Last night I must admit that I grinned like a giddy school kid while watching the Last Word with Larry O’Donnell. It was like watching the meanest bullies at school fight over who was going to steal the rich kid’s lunch money.

On his show Larry featured prominent liberals who for the most part highly disagree with the President’s concessions ‘to the rich’ in this tax deal he worked out with Republican leadership. One lib said “The President doesn’t have any principles!” and another advocated letting the current tax rates expire to take this fight into next year, which would be very problematic for the President. Noel Sheppard captured a couple of great moments from the lengthy segment where Larry actually made his esteemed guests look pretty bad:

Lawrence O’Donnell on Tuesday surprisingly exposed how ignorant liberals are of the tax code. In a sometimes heated discussion with prominent progressives about President Obama’s new compromise tax plan, “The Last Word” host aggressively challenged the knowledge of two of his guests:

That was excellent. The one lib had no clue what the bottom tax rate was, and the other lib thought that Obama’s newly proposed estate tax of 35% was much better for the rich than the 0% current estate tax that Bush had secured. Wow! I’ve always heard that libs can’t count, but I never thought it was this bad. Either way, you’ll most definitely want to read the rest of Noel’s spot on analysis of this. It’s really awesome.

Now I know the above clip was fun, but if that’s not good enough for you or you simply just want more, then take a gander at Olbermann delivering a ‘righteous’ rant, ripping the President to shreds over this tax deal. I’ll give you a hint. He says at this rate, Obama may not even be re-nominated! AWESOME! (h/t FoxNation):

You know, I might be willing to pay higher taxes if it means the Left goes this nutty for the next 2 years! Seriously, this is good TV!
