I am looking forward to Allen West's enterprise: if he/they can mix youth-enticing stuff with such information-rich segments, they will do well.
They will do well because the young do not appreciate being treated as generally brainless, they do want to get their teeth into more meaty stuff.

Colliemum, all of Obama's appointments have been dangerous, as will be any of his future candidates. They don't just affect America, but all of our allies security.
As in any government, when a politician's ego and self interest overshadows the interest of the country - disaster will eventually come. We have a control freak ideolog, with great power, in charge and not enough Allen West's or Frank Gaffney's. Self interest of people dependent on government largess doesn't help either. We have a world wide problem with defending freedom vs. religious fanatics who now want their chance to control the populace.
That is sadly true, and on a much smaller scale we've seen how this works out during the 13 years of the socialist government under Tony Blair and Gordon Brown.
As always, it's not just the top echelons who do the damage - it's the ones lower down, especially the wimmin, who really mess things up.
Rumour has it over here that Labour actually doesn't really want to win the next elections in 2015 because there's no money, only the horrendous debts they left behind. They're waiting for a Tory government to get the economy back on track, so they have new money to waste ...

Dear RightScoop - I'm watching this clip about twelve hours after you put it up - and am exceedingly grateful to you that you put it up.
Yesterday was very heavy going for me. I really wanted to watch the Benghazi hearings in their entirety, which thanks to you I was able to.
Before that, our PM Dave Cameron gave his long-awaited speech on our membership in the EU, which led to furious debates on various websites - and which was followed by the PMQ (Prime Minister's Questions), where the opposition and backbenchers egt to ask the PM about policies. It was a must-watch because it got the opposition to affirm they won't want an In/Out referendum. Really important for our future.
So after hours on the PC, I just flagged - and am still recovering today, brain still being wrung out.

Hi Colliemom. Cameron seems to wish to be all things to all people on this as in so many other issues. Where are the current Thatchers?
Sadly, nowhere to be found, unless they are in deep hiding.
There are some good MPs, who earned their spurs under Mrs Thatcher, but the current lot, Cameron especially, can't stand them.
There are some good young'uns, but they're in their first Parliament, so need to be watched for a few more years.
The consolation is that there's no Tony Blair on the other side ...

First and foremost Scoop, thanks for supporting the Colonel in his new endeavor. Myself and many others, I am sure, have joined his site in support of what he is trying to do.
Regarding you being stumped that this was not a landslide post, I would offer a few comments.
I cannot tell you the times I have posted a link to what I thought was a really good news story, or an article about something I myself felt important, only to receive no response, whatsoever.
I have come to the conclusion, that unless you can put whatever you want to say, into a twenty second sound bite, or one sentence of the printed word, your main audience is going to be a couple of people who have nothing better to do, than read what you type on the screen or play with their cat. The rest are off onto something else, which is more interesting.
You posted an 11 minute conversation and expected people to read it. I have posted 3 minute conversations and no one read them or commented on them.
Look at the posts people make here. Most are brief clips. Snippets of real conversation.
The posts some of us make, like this one, people find hard to read. It takes time to read what a person thinks. Even longer, to respond.
Welcome to the world of soundbites. If you can't get your idea across in less than two minutes, whatever you wanted to say, isn't worth reading.

I have come to the conclusion that blogging, in and of itself, is a Liberal creation. I don't mean they actually created it. But what they did was create the environment that it exists in. Blogging is a way of getting rid of the frustration created by all the things Liberals do. So, by the indirect path I just described, Conservative blogging is actually a Liberal thing.
For proof of what I just said, just look at all of the Conservative talk radio shows devoted to the problem. Look at all the books that have been written on what this maniac is doing to this country and intends to do. Like many of you, I own all those books. Like you, I have read them, some twice. Did it change anything?
We have to do something else, other than what we are doing. Sadly, I don't know what that is. If Glenn Beck, with the wide audience he has, has not been able to influence our elections toward a positive result, what can we do?
Glenn Beck, Sean Hannity, Rush Limbaugh, Mark Levin, Ann Coulter, Michelle Malkin, how many do I have to list?
None of them have even made a dent in the march led by the Progressives/Socialists among us toward their dream of a New World Order. A World Government.
Obama was easily re-elected. It was predicted by many of the intelligent among us. Because Obama accurately represents what this nation has become. We are a welfare nation at this point. There are more of us who are on some form of government dependance, than there are those of us working. Even less, who own their own business. Because Obama has done everything possible to destroy the ability of small businesses to survive.
His position on Amnesty for all the illegals who just walk across our Southern border, unimpeded by any form of border control, is what helped his re-election.
This a milepost in American History, because this is the first time in our History, that we have actually had a President, whose only goal is to destroy everything this nation stands for. Everything you and I believe in. Actually, everything our Founders believed in.
And most of the people in this nation believe he has the right to do it. There lies the problem.
You and I understand what it means to have a limited government, sound fiscal policies, a balanced budget, elimination of our massive Federal debt, a revision of our complicated tax code, a strong military.
While all that makes sense to most of us, they think we are lunatics.

White531, the young generation has no frame of reference about America's founding. They've been taught to hate war, and love the environment. The Left's mantra is effective "Bush lied, people died" "Tax cuts for the rich" "Repubs want you to die" "Repubs are taking away your Soc.Sec" and Hillary says "What does it matter, what difference does it make?..." All short, catchy phrases and absolute lies, with no animated, short, catchy, response from the Right.
Nice discussions, and long-winded explainations, just don't cut it for today's generation or moron voters. What Welfare recipient or non-taxpaying worker who gets earned income credit, gives a damned as long as the "Rich pay their fair share"? Republican leaders absolutely SUCK at messaging and fold at the drop of a fight. They need to call Hillary and Obama liars, get the news attention, then give the reasons!!
Yes, I'm new to this site and there is a community of kind and likeminded folks. What matters is that many here are politically awake and care, even if we don't all express things the exact same way. The change in the world today is like being on ice and trying to avoid a 100 car pile-up, with no ability to escape the inevitable collision. Intuitively, we all know there is going to be some pain ahead for all of us. In this case ignorance will not be bliss.

You just proved what I have been saying for some time. The Right Scoop is a magnet for people who actually use their brain. They stumble on this site just like I did, and they like what they see, and they stay.
I wish I could be here more, like the rest of you. Unfortunately, it is only a late evening treat that I look forward to.

I was going to post one of my usually sarcastic rants, hoping to bust the internal American enemy's bubble with a spear of wit, but it hit me that this "bit" of informational truth will not see the light of day with the average American.
He or she will wake up one day and ask themselves "what happened, why is this happening to us?" and, as we here know, it happened because the enemy crept in on little cat's paws, silenced by the silence of the criminally negligent media, which kept the people in a fog of complacency.

I'm really looking forward to this show on PJTV. I wish they'd get Klavan back with some meatier stuff, but maybe he doesn't want any. I thought he was supposed to be on board with Blaze TV? Does anyone know what happened to that? I hope we get to see some West with Bill Whittle and/or a Trifecta.
I have no idea if Klavan has any contractual stuff going on with Beck's channel or any other, but I do point out he still works in Hollywood as a writer, and sometimes he will be tied up all and every day for weeks.
Good point, he's quite the writer and probably has little time left over. I just bought his last book but haven't gotten to it yet. My son has the homelanders series which I also plan to read. I love his stuff. I just thought Klavan on the Culture was brilliant satire. I miss it.
I have always liked Frank Gaffney who really knows and understands the Middle East and terrorism. Though I did not have to be told where the blame belongs he called out the administration in the nicest way anyone could without calling them what they are; allies of the Islamists.
And I liked how he called out Bush as well [ref the movie: "Islam - What The West Needs To Know"].
West and Gaffney are patriots to the very core.

When I read the title of this article and video. I though oh boy Col. West is going to rip this guy a new one. Happily I was i err and am pleased to say that this venue of Col. West's is going to be a standard in this house hold.
Finally someone who speaks the truth because it does matter. Someone who believe in LIFE, LIBERTY AND THE PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS. Standing up for your principals and conviction is a TIL DEATH venture. 1978 - 79 I spent most of that time in the Middle east and the factions spoke of in this video, for the most part already were in exsistance. Since that time they have not only NOT slowed down, but are targeting college kids for recruitment and succeeding beyond they're wildest imaginations. There are 200 times more sleeper cells today than when I was in the Army. The unrest in the Middle East then is nothing compared to know. It is far worse than ever before and the presumed powers that be are aiding them at every turn in an attempt at global domination. This can not be allowed.

This was an excellent and informative interview by two of the most knowledgeable and articulate men of our time. I completely admired Frank Gaffney when he work in the Reagan Administration and glad to see that he is sharing is experiences.
