He did not say it specifically, but he imply it. He admitted that he hasn't proved himself in the House of Representatives yet. I would love to see a Chris Christie/Allen West ticket in 2012, but I know that is wishful thinking. I am afraid we are stuck with a RINO next year.
Initially he definitely alluded to the fact that he hasn't proved himself but then he ended it with...but if God wills! So I took that as...well, I don't think I am ready but if God tells me to do it then I will...so I think it is still a possibility!

I hear ya BUT we have a problem. I live in Mississippi which is 37 percent black and 2 states over from FLA.
I know many blacks NOT ONE ever heard of Allen West ....... We need to get him known by the black community a lot of hard working blacks would enjoy his message BUT some how we need to get Him Known

An honorable man indeed. the only problem I can see is that the powers that be will not allow West to run. The people behind this great fleecing of America can not allow a man like Colonel West to gain power. He is the antithesis of the liberal mindset, and intelligent enough to understand what America needs. I pray for his safety, and I pray that he runs in 2012.

Let's hope that as he continues to speak out in DC others have the courage to hold themselves to a higher standard. Sure is great to hear at least one of them understands why and who put them in office. I really love listening to him. Hope he sticks around for a long time.

Dang that was good! He's been listening to my conversations! After being called names by people in my own Republican party because I'm a Tea Partier, it feels good to hear Mr. West say those words. Hell, right here where I live, I was relegated to a lowly position because I am a Tea Partier. Let's talk about that! The Republican Party in my senate district couldn't ignore me because I continued to be faithful and helpful anywhere they needed me. I joined Republican groups and have done all kinds of volunteer work for the Republican Party. So, they decided to make me an officer of a particular Republican organization. Then, they found out I was a Tea Partier and man oh man, the shtf! I was told in no uncertain terms that the Republicans are where they are because of who they are! Not because of the Tea Party! I have to say, I'm pretty proud of myself! I showed amazing self control! Not one glass was thrown, not one insult was hurled by me! I kept right on doing what I was supposed to be doing. Yep! I think this soldier's ready! And I think Allen West is the man I'm gonna be voting for in the 2012 election.
I would like to defend myself from being put into the fawning category. I have followed Col. West for over a year and heard a dozen speeches, not one. While it is true we have not seen his votes or his strengths as a legislator with the difficult job of passing meaningful legislation, we who have been watching have had the opportunity to see his intelligence, wit, courage, integrity, and his core of honor.
You are correct, however, to warn (some others) against becoming "fans" of new politicians who have not proven their mettle on the political floor. That's what happened in 2008 for the highest office of the land: people became fans and forgot that their "savior" had but a brief, thin resume.
We who love Col. West and know he is a pillar of strength to help right the course of our country ought to refrain from making him a sex object or "star." I do not like him because he is gorgeous; I like him because of the truth that, with him, flows trippingly from the tongue, as Hamlet would put it.

Everytime I hear this man speaks, he makes me feel proud to be an American, my eyes water nearly tearing up, and I am more than ready to take on the left leaning, liberal, socialists, communists, and marxists who are all buried ball deep in the democratic ass.
But wait. Isn't important that he becomes a qualified "community organizer" before becoming President?

It's rather odd don't you think that we don't see these liberal nit wits trying to leave America and go to a communist/socialist country. I wonder why they don't ?
