wow, racism and fear is very much alive, but this time in a very neat, nice, calm and well spoken package. still doesn't change the fact that racism and fear is very much the basis of Mr. West. Look at all the Good Books Mr. West, we can find proof in the Bible it self that says you should still be in chains - it is the "truth" as you say, because its in black and white...so based on that, will you be putting yourself up for sale? Wait, you already have.
An excellent example of truly educated Congressman. This gentleman shows leadership skills that this country does indeed need.

Yes. But unfortunately I don't think he'll be running anytime soon.
Its clear he wants to help his country.
And that makes me believe that he will inspire many others to follow his lead. We need his kind of leadershhip in Congress, in the Senate, in the Supreme Court, and in the Presidency.
Whoever the next President will be in 2012, that unknown person is somewhere out there.

Most of the comments on this thread amount to nothing. A few examples:

"Col. West will play the race card as soon as snow melts in hell." (Snow would presumably melt pretty quickly.)
