Allen West to Democrats: Get your leftism the hell out of America!

Allen West spoke at the Palm Beach County GOP Party Lincoln Day Dinner tonight, and it was a fabulous speech. In typical Allen West fashion, he doesn’t hold back as he tells Obama, Pelosi, Reid, and DWS to get their leftist message the hell out of the United States of America:

This is a battlefield that we must stand upon. And we need to let President Obama, Harry Reid, Nancy Pelosi, and my dear friend the Chairman of the Democrat National Committee, we need to let them know that Florida ain’t on the table. Take your message of equality of achievement, take your message of economic dependency, take your message of enslaving the entrepreneurial will and spirit of the American people somewhere else! You can take it to Europe, you can take it to the bottom of the sea, you can take it to the North Pole, but get the hell out of the United States of America!

Here’s the full speech:

A West-Rubio ticket is our only hope. Gingrich is a friend of mine and although I and many others find him to be quite brilliant he is also at times quite delusional (moon base, etc.)! Judy, pray for a brokered convention and a West-Rubio ticket.

I just want to say to all of the Florida readers: You should take great pride in a man like Allen West representing you. Take it from a conservative in the northeast that has little representation to speak of. Stand with this man, they do not come by very often.

I second that. I’m in Western Washington, home of Patty Murray, Maria Cantwell, and Jim McDermott…. I don’t know how we keep ending up with the very dregs of Congress, but somehow we do.

I say this: We tried the Democrats approach which obviously doesn’t work and we see just how radical they are. Now it’s time to give the country back to the people. (1) Repeal obama care. (2) open up insurance markets to individual policies (3) Open up energy resources in America to be USED in America. (4) Go to a consumption tax in place of progressive income tax, with essentials being exempt (unprepared foods, clothing items to $50.00). (5 ) Social programs Such as Planned Parenthood should be privately funded by some of these Liberal rich that want more taxes. Why does the whole country fund the “LEFTS” agenda leaving them to fun fund their campaigns.

Gee Rep. West, who was responsible for making sure that you had the civil rights to be the representative of a beach where 50 years ago your parents couldn’t walk?
I wonder what Dr. King would say about the behavior of the Tea Party folks lately?

    • Anonymous

@waldorfmom: you DO know that dr. king was a republican, right ?…and the folks who viciously fought against him and his civil rights movement, like george wallace, were democrats…you DO know that…right ??

      • http://pulse.yahoo.com/_RI64UHEYKOIHIOYP72D4AF56FU waldorfmom

I do know that. I also know that the Republican party has changed considerably since that time and that what I see spewing from the keyboards of Tea Partiers (and from Fox News pundits’ mouths) is viscious, hate-filled and blatantly racist. Now, the white South is more Republican. And George Wallace was an a$$ and an embarrassment to the Democrats and to this country. Kinda reminds me of Newt – mean old man.

        • http://www.facebook.com/people/Gary-Darby/1251057780 Gary Darby

Were you also aware that Allen is a Tea Party member?

    • Anonymous

It is a historical fact that the South was predominantly Democrat when segregation ruled. Did you know there were blacks in Congress after the Civil War? It was Woodrow Wilson who segregated our government – a Democrat! The great Democrat leader Robert Byrd was in the KKK for goodness sake!

More Republicans voted for the civil rights act than Democrats. It was also Richard Nixon who initiated the “Philadelphia Plan” which guaranteed fair hiring practices in construction jobs. And don’t forget, it was Abraham Lincoln who signed the Emancipation Proclamation – a REPUBLICAN!

So don’t give Democrats all the credit for the civil rights that Rep. Allen West enjoys.

In a country that allows free speech, there are loudmouthed idiots in every movement, the Tea Party has a few – OWS has far more.

    • Ilikemy privacy

@waldorfman “Gee Rep. West, who was responsible for making sure that you HAD the civil rights to be the representative of a beach where 50 years ago your parents couldn’t walk?”
Please educate yourself before you make such a statement. It’s quite obvious you do not really know your civil rights history. Perhaps you are just regurgitating what you have been fed by our liberal education system. Do yourself a favor and don’t believe everything you hear. Do your own research and you will be surprised at what you have not been told and how so much of what you have is not true. This article is a great place to get started in your journey to learning which party was actually against civil rights!

Ah yes the good ole’ Democratic new-plantation attitude. “Pipe down now Mr. West and show us the gratitude we deserve. Don’t you know you’d still be a pick’in cotton if we’d not moved you all over her to the new Plantation?”

I lived in Alabama in the 60′s. The Feds fueled the hatred. Create a crisis – remember? Everyone knew what was going on. The media painted lies. The Democrats control the politics and were the ones with the white hoods. Hoods to cover the faces of those who would stand and condemn the acts they themselves had carried out the nights before.

Wow! What are you a racist biggot? This man is the best candidate for president, it doesnt matter what color he is and who voted for or made comments about OBLAMA! This is about a man that served our country with honor, who is a patriot and loves this country enough not to let her fall. I’m white/Indian, a Christian a republican, a disabled veteran and I live under the poverty level. I would vote for West because of what he has done, what he believes and what he stands for. Keep race out of the race! I was a surgical tech and without skin we all look the same, I just wish people would stop the slavery mentality, the “they owe me” mentality, the they hate me because of my color mentality and the lets get more than they have cause their white mentality. ITS ALL BS. this is America and we who are here legally are American’s, no color, no race, we are AMERICANS! So act like it! Leave the tea party and the teapot party out of the comments! Damn! Leave the bitterness behind and have some fricken honey! Allen West is our honey! A sweet victory in the presidential race!

      • http://pulse.yahoo.com/_RI64UHEYKOIHIOYP72D4AF56FU waldorfmom

No, I am not a bigot. But what I see on comment boards makes it seem that many of those involved in the Repub party ARE bigots. It makes me wonder why someone of color would want to be associated with that.
The disparity of wealth in this country over the past 30 years demonstrates to me that the tax code and tax loopholes that are in place are unfairly favoring the super rich (I’m not talking about the small business owners – my husband and I are small business owners). I don’t see any plan to support those people from the Repubs except “get rid of Obamacare”. As a small business owner, I am glad that I will have the opportunity to purchase insurance for my employees at an affordable rate. I am also glad that I was able to keep my children who are now in their twenties on my insurance (they have both graduated college and are employed without insurance) so they can be protected against a health disaster (which, if they had no insurance would eventually cost the taxpayer money since they would not have the means to pay for a true health disaster).
I saw a country truly going down hill during W. Bush’s terms. It hit a huge wall in 08 and we are still feeling the effects of all that. I do not think that the Democrats have all the answers either. But I think it is important that we are a country that takes care of one another, that lends a helping hand when it is needed and applauds success. I believe all of that can be done. I think our current POTUS is attempting to make that happen. I also think that it is important that the care that we offer as human beings on this big planet extend to the environment. That means that, as the largest consumer of energy on the planet, the U.S. government has a moral obligation to regulate pollution-causing companies and support alternative energy sources. Regulations are often seen as “too much government” but I shudder to think what it would be like if there were none.

        • Anonymous

You’re what Mark Levin calls a “drone”. You have bought into every lie the Democrat Party has ever told.

The truth? Martin Luther King Jr. was a Republican. The Republican Party was formed to abolish slavery. The Democrat Party fought against every civil rights movement in our history. The Ku Klux Klan was formed by the Democrat Party.

Don’t believe any of that? You’re on the internet, go look it up.

Class envy is pure socialism. It is covetessness. I know lots of people who started out doing blue collar work and made it by hard work, and perseverence including myself. People that think that they are entitled to anything are just moochers and maladjusted malcontents. People make it in this world because they want to. They persevere in hard times and overcome all obstacles. That’s the American way. Petty jealousness of others success is the way of the lazy.

“Regulations are often seen as “too much government” but I shudder to think what it would be like if there were none”

Government interference in Free Enterprise stifles progress, innovation, research and development. The reason why this country put a man on the moon, invented the airplane, built the transcontinental rairoad, discovered cures for diseases such as yellow fever and polio is because of government noninterference which fosters the freedom to compete, to innovate, to create and to improve the human condition.

The spoiled brats who suck of the teets of their parents, while living in mommy’s basements are headed down the future path of epic failure and dependency.

Self-dicipline is the key, motivation the way to success. Not whining like a little child who doesn’t get their way. It takes courage, and drive to fail and get back up again.
Only a total wimp whines like a spoiled brat and blames others for their failures in life; or demands that the sweat of others provide their sustenance.

To try and take from others that which is not theirs to begin with over some petty jealousy of their success is pure theft.

By all means continue to drink your Kool-Aid. And if Van Jones and his ilk ever gain any power, you will be nothing but a kulak and the first to perish in his revolution.

            Are you kidding??

Man on the moon – NASA???

Airplanes – invented by private citizens, but advanced to their current technological level because of their usefulness to the military.

Transcontinental Railroad – only possible due to huge government bonds and outright land grants (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pacific_Railway_Act).

Vaccines – Yes, those vaccines were discovered in nonprofit and philanthropically funded labs, but ever since the late 1930′s public funding has been a big part of medical research – today the NIH (US government) funds more than a quarter of all biomedical research.

At least TRY to be factual amid your pretentious, idealistic, naive ranting. Countless millions have worked hard all their lives and never gotten anywhere – just because you lucked out doesn’t give you the right to call everyone else lazy. This country is far from the uncorrupted pure market economy you think it is. Succeeding has a lot to do with who you know, no matter how hard you work. Many people lack access to the resources, education, and information necessary to get ahead. It might be convenient to call them lazy to justify policies that favor your own welfare, but know that everyone else sees your selfishness for what it is.

Well now. Time for a history lesson. In every Civil Rights vote, late in the 19th century, the Republican Party voted 100% FOR civil rights. The 13th 14th, and 15th Amendments helped to begin the integration process. No Dhimicrat supported those intiatives. Then Wilson (Dhimirat/Socialist) came along and reversed 50 years of integration and re-intoduced segregation in 1915. The history of the Civil Rights voting record of Dhimiratz is not good. The history of Republican intiatives and their average voting records on Civil Rights is 93% in favor vs Dhimratz 68% in favor.

Oh and lets not forget that raison d’être that the Republican Party was created in the first place in 1854 was the abolition of slavery.

And as someone else has already pointed out, Dr King was a Republican. And one of his relatives – his niece I believe – is a Tea Party member.

Dr King would have embraced the Tea Party and rejected the antics of clowns like Van Jones and his OWS kulaks.

So WTF are you talking about?

Why isn’t he running for president now? We had a Hollywood actor with little “political” seasoning become one of the greatest presidents of our time.

People are already leaning for candidates that debate well (not necessarily on substance).. well, who sounds even a fraction as inspiring or convicting as Allen West AND has genuine character? Who supports Tea Party ideals more? Who loves their country more… has served with distinction, pulls no punches? And sorry to say it… who else is black conservative that could pull 50+% of the black vote AND Tea Party people, conservatives, Christians, the military vote, etc. together like no other current candidate can? We need this man NOW. Yes, he could benefit from more “seasoning” but America can’t wait.

But should this not happen, I’m hitting my knees every night PRAYING Americans see through their RINO King Romney and put Newt Gingrich in office. He would turn Washington DC upside down, inside out giving us the real reform we have been begging for…why the Republican establishment is just as scared of Gingrich as the Obama Regime. George Soros interviewed this week and, in his own words…doesn’t matter whether it’s Obama or Romney, he can “work with either one of them.”

Wrong, wrong, wrong….if you’re going to draft a ticket, it had better be Palin/West.

      • Anonymous

The lamestream media has made sure that Palin is not electable!

      Amen–that’s my dream ticket!!! West/Rubio!

A West-Rubio ticket is our only hope. Gingrich is a friend of mine and although I and many others find him to be quite brilliant he is also at times quite delusional (moon base, etc.)! Judy, pray for a brokered convention and a West-Rubio ticket.

East Floridians conservatives, you better get your act together because the gope are working on giving you all a different congressman, and for the rest of the country, getting rid of one of our most conservative voices.

Right Scoop, you’d better take a look too and make this information go viral, because we can not loose this man.

Beautiful speech Congressman West. Thank you for being bold!

Our “safety net” has become a comfy hammock…

The history of the Democrat Party is all about:
Slavery, Secession, Segregation, and today it is about Socialism.

Thanks to Liberals/Progressives here in the US we have been waging the War On Poverty for 45 years and have yet to claim victory, yet few have called for us to pull-out of this endless and expensive quagmire.

Instead, they have succeeded in perpetuating a multi-generational cycle of poverty, thus ensuring themselves a reliable voting bloc of dependents.

OORAH!! As a retired Marine Corps Mustang officer, I salute you for your continued selfless service to our country-our Republic needs more patriots like you to take back our country from those determined to destroy it. Semper Fi!

I sure wish this guy would run for POTUS. He’s been my #1 choice since 2010! He’s the only one out there I believe in at this point!

Mr. West … why are you standing on the shore instructing others who do not possess the skills that you possess how to save a drowing American? A true hero would respond to the dire situation at hand by jumping into into that ocean and swim for all he is worth.

    ALLEN WEST FOR PRESIDENT!!

    Isaiah 6:8
Then I heard the voice of the Lord, saying, “Whom shall I send, and who will go for Us?” Then I said, “Here am I. Send me!”

Let me first say that I am a registered Republican (44 years). I am thoroughly discussed with both parties, they have divided this nation completely with this BS talk. I wonder if Mr. West is aware that a Democrat signed the Civil Rights Act of 1964 so he now can walk on those beaches where his parents were not allowed and enabled him to get out of the inner city? True, Republican Presidents sign the 13th, 14th, and 15th, amendments but a Democrat signed the bill that now allows him to stand up there and say “bring it on baby”. F – - kin’ politicians, I am sick of them, every single one of them….What about Republican Jesse Helms from North Carolina, opposed a national holiday for Martin Luther King, lead a filibuster against blacks having the right to vote, Helms suggested building a wall around the University of North Carolina and wanted to rename it the University of Negroes and Communists. I think Mr. West needs to do some research before he gives another speech, but here again is another politician takin’ out his ass.

Great guy. We could use this guy here in Illinois. Floridians are fortunate to have him represent them in the United States House of Representatives.

This is what the GOP needs. It’s what the people want to hear. I’m a right leaning independent who grew tired of no one in the republican hitting us between the eyes. The people appreciate someone who speaks their mind and not worrying about how the media would try and destroy them. I love bravery and that’s why more military men or women should hold office.

I love this man. I’m also praying for this man. He just invited the fight into his life – even more so than was previously.

I’m having a hard time believing Newt is a Reagan Conservative. His favorite presidents are Woodrow Wilson, Teddy Roosevelt, and FDR–all progressives. Reagan isn’t even on his list. Newt is brilliant and, by far, the most knowledgeable of the bunch. However, he’s a typical DC insider, IMHO. Unless there’s a surprise candidate before the deadline, I’m going to have to hold a gun to my own head to go vote for either of the likely nominees at this point. I’ve pretty much had to do that since Reagan

West’s message is parallel to Mark Levin’s Ameritopia, which should be required reading for everyone, not the least being our young adults and adolescents, as well as us older students. The socialist onslaught of the current executive and its proponents in MSM and the universities must be seen for the illusions they are. Ameritopia is full of ways for us to internalize and articulate healthy ideas and equip ourselves against the collectivists’ insidious hopey-changey “occupy” false promise of “equality of outcomes” (equality of achievement in West’s speech).

Allen West is a true American patriot. Hey, I don’t see any teleprompter. Would enjoy seeing this gentleman debate the toddler.

Screw you, West. This isn’t about leftists versus rightists. It’s about all of us against bankers. They’re bumblasting you too, you stupid bastard.
