Allen West: We can’t give constitutional rights to those who seek to destroy us

Democrats proposed an amendment that would keep terrorists from being placed in military custody and instead put them in police custody to be tried under American laws. But that didn’t sit well with West who argued we can’t guarantee constitutional rights to those who seek to harm us.
