Of course Obama didn't want to listen to the complaints from Ambassador Stevens because this would have meant to accept his failed intervention in Lybia which evolved into "Obama's illegal war". This issue is actually still unresolved in Congress, something for which he should have been impeached.
Just as the truth of what happened in Fast and Furious was buried by this administration, so is the truth of what happened in Benghazi. Shame on the lamestream for continuing to protect the Imposter! His entire administration should be brought up on charges of treason and be sitting in prison for this. Sadly, they will walk and we the taxpayers will continue to pay for their cushy pensions for killing our citizens with their incompetent policies.

What we DO know is that Obama has repeatedly lied about the cause of the attacks.

How could they take away the security from Benghazi? How could they refuse to honor the request for more? This is beyond incompetence and is negligence of the worst kind.

I just watched Bret Baier's report on Benghazi and Greg Palkot did a marvelous job re enacting what happened the night of 9/11. It is difficult to explain the anger I feel about this situation because what happened is reprehensible, Obama and his entire administration need to go and the investigation must continue even after they are gone.
As far as I am concerned Obama's weak foreign policy is to blame for these deaths. Yes, Hillary sacrificed Stevens but the buck stops at Obama's desk and he and his entire administration have the blood of the four Americans on their hands.

This is sickening. Can anyone imagine what our Ambassador and the four other brave Americans must have gone through? And the anguish and suffering of their families must be unbeatable. And obama doesn't care, at all.

The key is how high up the food chain did these cables from the ambassador go? I would be stunned if Hillary didn't see them. After all, she IS ultimately responsible for the security of all embassies and consulates, especially in dangerous countries like Libya. If these cables were not given to her, then a lot of people need to be fired at the State Department. If these people at the State Department don't want to end up under the Obama administration's bus, then they had better cough up some answers very quickly on who saw what and when.

I wonder who has copies of the PDB's. So at the very least blowing a hole in the wall of the compound would have to be in BOLD text or circled with a crayon in the daily PDB. I am willing to guess it is on a day that Obama didn't attend his meeting. That is why no action was taken. This is going to be a 1000 times worse than watergate. No way he isn't impeached over this. No way. No way he gets cover for this.
This may be our only salvation when he becomes a lame duck. Hopefully all of this legal activity will keep him from doing more harm to this country. Impeachment takes too long and he isn't going to have to worry about that. All he has to worry about is the wrath of the American electorate which is about to rain down on him with a vengeance.

In regards to theatre shootings, terrorist attacks or the like, for a national leader to express this ludicrous prognosis indicates their low opinion of the public if not their detachment from reality.
What I find frightening is what I believe points to an intentional agenda. Incompetence on this scale has a more innocent tone than I think this act of outright Treason deserves. Recall that in Libya the pro MB movement was pushed aside in the election, giving them a loss. Unlike in Egypt where they obviously won (against all 'reasonable' assertions & proclamations that the MB would have a candidate in the election at all). Suppose you actually want the jihadists and extreme radical islamists to be the only ones in power. All these cable rather easily open up your game plan and allow your regime to swoop in and do exactly what the Ambassador was warning about. Then there is also the gun running component and the annex - what exactly was in the annex? And how convenient is it that the last person the Ambassador had a meeting with was the Turkish diplomat. It would be easier to dismiss this grave tragedy as incompetence, thereby avoiding the extremely gruesome evil that occupies the WH and their ultimate project. However, we the people deserve, no - we demand the truth! The whole truth and nothing but the truth!

You are probably correct. I know that if Obama sent an ambassador and some agents to California to oversee the collection of weapons in private, militia hands, what kind of reception he will, er uh, would, receive.
This is a coverup... coverup over arms deals to Libya, Syria etc by the US to "rebels" Stevens was the arms dealer.
First rule in assassination is kill the assassin, the same logic applies here to "get rid of" the arms dealer.

What weapons? Where did they come from? Why such a small team in a hostile environment tracking them with no backup? They were all CIA spooks incl Stevens IMO. OK ... can I be the realist here ... What are the "real" chances that this line of support in the ME will take a complete reversal if/when Romney is elected. I think that is what still scares me and it is never addressed. Now that the MB has a hold there, will Romney continue down this path? And, I had a huge amount of respect for Petraeus, but he is doing this too. He is the CIA that is running the guns and giving them to AQ. Is this the stuff that is entrenched behind the scenes that is pushing the real agenda in DC or can it in fact be changed with a new administration?
BTW ... don't get me wrong. I am 120% behind Romney, but once you are in the office, reality takes hold.

I read something the other day that Hillary talked with her lawyers and "fell on the sword" because they determined that she would be exonerated because she had in fact tried to get them security.
First, that would flatly put the blame at o and second, can you really say you "the buck stops here" if you had to consult with your lawyer first to determine if you had culpabilty in any way?

Exactly. She is not free of blame on this at all. She kept up the ruse of the film being the catylist for days. She knew whent those bodies came back from Libya that the situation was only going to get worse for both of them. It was written all over her face. There is no lawyer that is going to save her when the stuff hits the fan. it is over for her no matter what anyone says to exhonerate her. She was deleriously happy when Qadaffi bit the dust. When the smoke has cleared we will find out that this was the reason for the attack on our consulate.
It brings tears to my eyes that those four Americans were killed and yet they still served. They begged for more security and were denied. What has happened to us that our own government turns a blind eye to their citizens and employees abroad?

I would imagine that any/all of this would have been in his PDB's since it was coming from an Ambassador and had been a long term manifestation. It's so digusting to me that o thought so little of the security of our soldiers ... not to mention our country as a whole... to bother himself with taking time off the golf course or the celebrity dinners to protect these people.

If that doesn't prove the disinterest and incompetence of this regime nothing will. I would love to see a side by side timeline of the administrations statements or replies to the consulates cables. Who ever is responsible for replying to the consulates concerns better be seeking some industrial grade legal representation.
