As therightscoop pointed out to you, Israel withdrew it's forces from Gaza sometime back(you must have been asleep) on the assertions and assurances from the international community and the Palestinian Authority that the violence would cease. Any human with more than half a brain knows that the exact opposite occurred. Hamas came to power in Gaza and the until that point sporadic attacks intensified in both frequency and volume. Israel has shown incredible restraint by not plowing Gaza under and it is more than capable of doing so. So, drink some coffee, do some research and get the facts of the situation before coming in here intellectually unarmed.
