Four years ago when Obama accepted the nomination in Colorado, he laid out several criteria by which he would measure success as president. Well Romney goes through each criteria to see how Obama did and then uses each one to measure how he did as governor of Massachusetts and put it all on a report card given to everyone there. As you might expect, Obama didn’t do so well.
