I was banned from Kos and several other leftist blogs during the campaign. My comments were always civil; but civility is not the intent of these blogs; they're all about totalitarian control of speech. "Progressives?" Nope. Fascists? Yep. One blog, mydd, banned me for including one conservative source in a list of sources at the end of a comment, so that readers would determine why I wrote what I did. The response from the authoritarian blog fuhrer, Totalitarian Twit Todd Beeton: "If you read Powerline, you don't belong here." How blatantly fascist of him. I rejected his argument vociferously and passionately, telling him that it was not his right to dictate what I read. But he demanded I check the digital acknowledgement of his "warning." I refused. So, I continue to be "banned." Shocking. Disgusting. I was a progressive until I realized these people are nothing but fascists. Now, I'm an independent. I continue to read what I want to read. Todd Beeton at mydd, and Markos Moulitsas and his merry band of Stalinist Kossacks can go #@$% themselves. I want no part of them. And, now, I do sympathize with Mark Levin. Well, join the club.
