Ben Carson says there is much support for him to give commencement address

While not answering the question whether he is actually going to give the commencement address, Dr. Ben Carson did say that many people, including staff, feel differently than the original eight that spoke out against him and really want him to give the commencement address. And despite some misunderstanding his comments, he added, he’s not backing down from his original statements that no one gets to change the definition of marriage not matter what group they are.
