With Obuma's and Biden's total lack of ever having a real job, let alone ever running a real business; its understandable in the fantasy World in which they promote to not have the slightest idea what a binder is used for in business.
Biden really is insane. I think if he wasn't vice president, he'd be in a bar somewhere trying to talk to a young girl saying, "Hey, ya know, I used to be in politics. Had a big house and everything. I used to be real big." And the young woman would be thinking, "Who is this old jerk?" My sentiments exactly.
Biden thinks that he is a man and his biggest concern is to proof that he is still in good shape. His ugly hair and extra long teeth are as sexy as Bin Laden's underwear.
But what bothers me the most is that this vicious retarded guy is second in command which proofs that his boss is out of mind by choosing him as a running mate. They don't respect nor love this Country at all. It is only about power!!!
Go to his house instead of using a binder. I don't even get it. WTF is at his house? Is he saying his house is full of qualified women? Hey Joe, Romney wasn't talking about lap dancing women.
In their childish haste to try and make nothing into a gaffe, the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee created one of the more ironic tweets I have seen:

...so the Democrat game means we should ignore what people were blatantly trying to say and instead take your words at 100% face value, right? So the DCCC must mean Congressional Democrats feel the Ladies should be kept in their place - the house; quite possibly barefoot and pregnant...

Which is odd since apparently it was MassGAP (women in work group) that put it together and presented it to Romney... In binders. Which is exactly what he said.
"I went to a number of women's groups and said, "Can you help us find folks," and they brought us whole binders full of women."
It just makes no sense why they're all up in arms about it. Equally confused as to why they are harping on flex hours for working mothers. It's like they have no idea what they actually want in the world.

Joe Biden is a good example of why:
1. We need term limits, or
2. We need national election of Senators. So we all have a say in determining who effects all our lives, or
3. We return Senators to the way our Founding Fathers intended them to be, appointed by each state as that state's Ambassador to the Federal Government, not Panderers with the authority to tax.

It's astounding to think that for the last four years this idiot has been a heartbeat away from the highest office in the world! He's an ignorant, insecure, and extremely desperate bully. That he has been in Congress for more than 40 years really shows how ignorant his constituents must be. This was the best Delaware could send to represent itself? Really slim pickings in that state!
If you want to know why our country is in the state it's in right now look no further than Biden and all the other people that have been allowed to make a career out of being a Senator or Congressman.

They have never been in business. They do not understand research is compiled, organized, reviewed etc. Then a business person uses that information to make knowledge based decisions. Their method is a dart board at their list of talking points.
I gotta give Biden a hat tip for a job well done. Since the new poll that came out today showing Romney leading Obama 51% to 45%, that means Paul Ryan won the VP debate (like anyone here doubted that). Biden single-handedly put Romney over 50%.

We need to look back at the time period in which Mitt was Governor. It's not like email and online applications were the in-thing! Binders were very common.

Since reading this short article, I have a whole new respect for Democratic Campaign Consultants, Gabon Vipers, Brown Spiders, the Taipan "Two-Step" Snake, Mexican Scorpions, Texas Fire Ants, Serial Rape-Murderers and African Americanized Bees.
