Biden: We’re in charge and people have a right to be upset at us over the economy

This is truly amazing audio, audio that I bet Obama wishes he could get back. But VP Biden makes it clear that what is relevant is that they are in charge of the economy and it’s not doing well at all and people have a right to be upset with them. He says that even though many people blame Bush for the economy, it simply isn’t relevant anymore.
