Not in the short term they say, but in the long term. They also say it will force them to look overseas for cheaper tax rates and more drilling which means less US employment and higher costs to the US consumer.
This is probably the single most important part of the hearing from Thursday, captured by Washington Times, as Sen. Hatch is asking all the right questions instead of demagoguing for politics. Any American should be able to look at this (compared to the demagoguing by Democrats) and see that Republicans, represented by Hatch, are more interested in doing whats good for America than the Democrats.
