Not even Bill Maher, who wants a single-payer system, believes that the democrats when they say this health care bill will save money. I give him credit for being honest when so many Dems are still trying to convince people it will save money, yet this isn’t as delectable as it may sound.

He does support the current health care bill, but he is very critical of how the President has handled this entire health care debacle. He believes that the President should have started hard and fast from the beginning on the public option or single payer and criticizes him for saying that “if you like your health care you can keep it.” The problem with Bill Maher’s logic is that the American people have said over and over that they don’t want this type of health care reform. In fact that is why Obama ‘watered it down’ like he did, because there is no way you are going to hand the American people a socialist health care system on a silver platter.

Bill, mix in some sun, dude! Seriously, are you trying out for the next “Twit-light” movie? Vampires who suck all the blood out of the economy!

Yeah. I'm with Scoop on this one. I'm with the rest of America when I say I HOPE that it doesn't get passed because it can't be undone.

I don't know about the REST of America, but I DON'T want to PASS IT BEFORE finding out what's in it as PELOSI SUGGESTS. This is one of those products where the WHOLE THING IS the warning label and we're READING IT LOUD AND CLEAR.

Did the MSNBC host jump in after he said that and call Maher a shill for the insurance company?
