Bill Whittle is changing it up a little with his latest video out, to show us what an actual president would have said at the inauguration a few weeks ago:

The Virtual President outlines the three essential qualities needed for the Pursuit of Happiness in Modern America, and sets a challenge to free entire generations of Americans.

"There is only one kind of animal on the entire planet that doesn't have to spend every single day of it's life working for it's food... a captive animal."

Exactly! Bill is going to be doing more of these to show what a real conservative president looks like.

I love Bill Whittle- he is a true patriot.

The Whittle Doctrine: "WE HAVE UTTERLY, UTTERLY FAILED MILLIONS AND MILLIONS AND MILLIONS OF PRECIOUS, IRREPLACEABLE, MAGNIFICIENT HUMAN BEINGS BY KEEPING THEM CAPTIVE BEHIND THE LOVING & CARING BARS OF GOVERNMENT HANDOUTS" !

Whittle is a genius with words and with delivering ideas made up of words. All without a teleprompter.

I think if I had ever heard an actual President give this speech, I would have fallen over flat. It's not in their nature to be this truthful.

If I'm forced to watch the liar-in-chief give his SOTU address next week, I think I will mute it and put Bill Whittle's words on in the background. Perhaps then, it will make more sense than the class-dividing, race-baiting, anti-American drivel that I expect from this sorry excuse for a President that we presently have occupying the BlightHouse today.

That would come off a lot worse than the old overdubbed Godzilla movies. At least the destruction was funny then.

Aristotle taught that logical demonstration should convince. For the untrained mind, they provoke skepticism.

Your inaugural address was brilliant. But with the dearth of low-information voters and a society who will only remember a catchy slogan, I fear we may be too far gone for your address to gain traction in most minds. These voters respond well to the rants of a Hitler like leader, and reason and logic be damned. It's all about emotion today.

Forget Rubio. Whittle for the Republican response to the SOTU! It's all about control, keeping people enslaved and needy but there are still enough of us who remember what its like to be free. We've only just begun to fight.

"My friends, politics sucks!"

Amen to that.

As much as I love Bill and his work, i dont think this would have been a good inauguration speech. A great speech at some other venue or even an election rally speech but not an inauguration speech.

Im not an expert at inauguration speeches but that came across as a lecture than a speech. Its got great content about getting off the governments teats but again, things like that could be said at another time.

You need a speech to rally all americans for a tough four years ahead and give them real hope and change. Not pit them up against the government or lecture them about spears and baskets and bears. Would have loved to hear about the Family, the unborn, the Judeo-Christian faith of the country.

Too much time spent on equating happiness with having more wealth

If you go to his Facebook Page He responds to comments regarding the content of the speech. To paraphrase, he was countering the collectivist theme in the POTUS inaugural. He says he has to lay a foundation brick by brick and will do so in the next 2 years.

He was using his classic material in this first appearance. He plans to continue to parry with the presidential speeches, and hopefully the press conferences on vital issues.

I see your point, but Whittle's points need to be made as well. The gov't needs to back off and that message can't wait.

Perhaps this is the inauguration speech that's needed today. Improved quality of life begins with enlightenment - it's time for Americans to learn the basics. I would have no problem at all rallying behind this leader's ideology.

Happiness is NOT correlated with wealth, but with peace and joy which come from reconciliation and obedience and communion with GOD.

Brilliant!

So Bill... are you running in 2016? No other candidate has the OJT you have of practicing to be the President... you've got a leg up on the competition. :)

Imagine having a candidate who thought and talked like this...

Says his mom was a Kenyan -er- a British subject, rather, so he can't run. Could you imagine him as a press secretary though?

Aw... and good play on words. ;)

He would be great in that role too.

Whittle: "We are not allowed to be happy because Politics has invaded everything..."

True - Politics now trumps science, statistics, logic, reason, facts and religion.

Political Correctness has come to mean Punitive Conformity. You either toe the Party Line or else.
