BillO brought C. Boyden Gray, former White House counsel for George W. Bush on the show to talk about Media Matters having a tax exempt status while it wages war on Fox News. Gray says that it is his opinion (which he wrote about earlier today) that Media Matters tax exempt status should be revoked immediately by the IRS:
My guess is the Obama IRS probably won’t investigate this and will just ignore it.
