OK this is really the opposite of what I thought it was going to be going into this. I thought a teacher would be celebrated for playing a pro-homosexuality, pro-same-sex marriage song for her students. But not at a middle school in Detroit apparently:
Despite the fact that I disagree with the song, I think a suspension for playing it seems a bit harsh. But I’m still perplexed that she wasn’t celebrated for playing it because it lines up directly with liberalism.
