I have a physician friend who knows a lot about the subject of alcoholism and its treatment and he feels Boehner is a practicing alcoholic. If so, he needs an intervention before he gives away the country!

Boehner and and Ryan passed huge spending bills under George W. Why would they NOT do the same under Obama? It consolidates their power when he leaves to not TOUCH Obamacare.

We had a chance in January, but no one really stepped up and the so called opposition to Boehner faltered, so we're stuck with him and the rest of the lot.
People did step up, unfortunately Cantor would have been no better, he is also a RINO and sells us out at every corner.
@OneThinDime Cantor is lockstep with Boehner, we can't stand him here in Virginia, well, at least those of us who pay attention...

Out of 300 million people in this country, this is the best they have for Speaker of the House? I'm really getting tired of his district for putting him on this country. For God's sake, he's as dangerous as Obama. I'm beginning to think he's in bed with him.
There's something not right about Boehner. If he says something like that, we have big problems. With everything that man has done, and the lies he's told, to say you trust him? I don't think Boehner's mentally right. There's just something wrong there. He needs to be removed, because at the very least, he lacks good judgement. We deserve better than this garbage. He's not fit to serve in Congress, especially in the Speakers position.
You're right, just like "ObamaCare is the law of the land", no amendments permitted for the continuing resolution. The lashback against him and the Repubs needs to be firm and swift. The gov't is only funded for a few more months.

With leaders like this running Congress and Rove running the GOP it begs the question: Does Mark Levin really think that the GOP can ever be taken back to the principles of Ronald Reagan? If so, in what millenium and in what alternate universe does Mark Levin envisage that ever happening?
I think until then I'll be happy to be an Independent unless the TEA Party/NRA/Pro-Life people ever decide they've also had enough of the Big Whigs of the GOP and form a genuinely conservative alternative party to challenge the two wings of the same Big Government Party made up of the incestuous advisers and strategists of both the Democrats and Republicans.

Great timing John. Just hours ago Sarah Palin called Barack Obama a liar, in no uncertain terms. It couldn't be more black and white. Who should really be our Speaker of the House? Who is the crack pot or Whacko Bird and who speaks the truth? Who has the common sense to represent "we the people" and who is clinging to the crony vestiges of power? Seems clear to me.

Boehner is an idiot. Ryan smartly used Reagan's line in dealing wiithn the Soviet Union "Trust but verify". How easy would it be for Boehner to say he's mislead me before, misrepresented my parties positions and has grossly exaggerated the effects of spending cuts?
Boehner can't be a spokesman because he isn't very smart, can't think on his feet and gives conflicting comments. He really is a disaster.
