I’m with Brit on this one. I am a Christian and I believe whole heartedly in the transformation that comes with getting into a relationship with Jesus. And really, part of being a Christian is believing that there is only one way to get to God, the only God, and that’s through Jesus. Nothing else leads you to Him.
I get the sense that Brit cares about Tiger’s well being and that was his reason for making the comments. I know that this will offend Buddhists, but Christianity is offensive in that way, as it claims the exclusive way to God. I don’t however believe that it was Brit’s intention to offend anyone, but to offer Tiger Woods something that he desperately needs.
