Cain: I misspoke when I said I would trade all Gitmo terrorists for an American

When I first heard Cain answer the original question on whether or not he would take a similar action to Netanyahu and release a bunch of terrorists from Gitmo in exchange for an American, I honestly thought he was thinking about process more when he answered the question than the question itself. His initial reply was that he could see himself making that decision, but only after considering all facts and options.

Last night after the debate, he clarified to Anderson Cooper and said that he misspoke in his earlier answer, that he would always have a policy of not negotiating with terrorists and therefore he could not do a prisoner exchange with a terrorist organization as did Netanyahu.
