Unfortunatly for the past 35 years, we Americans, male and female have seen the feminist running wilder than a wild beast on steroids. Then they wonder in anger and with audacity, why do good men excuse them as useless waste of anxiety, and they do, untill they break free of their foolish self imposed bondage, brought on by their delouisons of self worth.
Simply put, respectfully, fact is, your the mothers, so the question could be asked, which type of mothers are you?
I just read on Yahoo that Glen Beck is re-launching his network as the Global Libertarian News Network.
According to the article he had a split screen with Hannitys photo on the right and Chris Matthews on the left..and said something like he's not going to fall into the network trap.
Hmm.
Well, I get the point. Feminist and the mainstream media can say whatever they want about women, but if any conservative says anything, then it is considered "hate speech." Andrew Breitbart had it right. Fight fire with fire. The only way you are going to win the low information voters out there is by playing as mean and nasty as the liberals. Just look at what they did to Palin and Romney. No more. Take the battle to them and win for a change.
seeing this being an open thread, maybe some opinion on a planned political excursion I'm thinking of doing for a first time. Has anyone gone to the NRI yearly summit? There are some good speakers scheduled but I've never attended a meeting of this type, any experiences from RS posters would be appreciated.

Not sure if you meant distracting. Is it possible you meant way out of place. The piece they chose is actually a Russian Aria from Tolstoy’s Graven (pronounce grah vin) of the early 1900’s. He also was a defector and in fact one of the first defector to come to the U.S. But none the less the music is synonyms with communism J

Great. Now we need a candidate to declare this as a cornerstone of his/her 2016 campaign. Cruz, West, Bachmann, Gohmet, Gowdy. Lets get two of 'em on the road NOW. Start the informing and educating of the public NOW, point out all the tax increases, all the new fees, all the new rules and regulations, all the hidden costs of having a 'socialist spread the wealth creep' calling the shots. all of those mentioned above should start going out of their way (together, harder to ignore) to have a twice a month forum that highlights a half dozen people telling their story of how things have not gotten better for them as far as treatment goes under o. Show a consistent flow of people that have found the new system to be burdensome in cost, finding a doctor, scheduling tests in a timely manner etc. Pound the crap out of this bums work for the next four years on a consistent basis.
I used to subscribe to Ms. magazine in my 20's because I thought it was PC. As I grew older and wiser, I realized how much radical feminists have destroyed so much in society. It's great to be a proud woman and want to be treated with respect and dignity, but women and men are NOT the same and should not be treated the same in every category. We are both equal human beings, but there are certain things that men are better at than women and vice versa.
That whole segment with that child talking about "first time" sex with Barak Obama makes my skin crawl. That was so wrong and so sick. But the left did it (along with Paul Ryan pushing a woman in a wheelchair off a cliff) and so it's accepted and no one blinks an eye.
Until we can get the media to quit giving the left a pass on literally everything... America is doomed. Because government-educated people, liberal half-wits, and the lemming population aren't smart enough to stop believing this crap from the left. They are the T.V. generation that seems to believe everything on T.V. and they are hypnotized by this sickness and the left's lies.
Brilliant! American women are so blessed. If we want to feel compassion for women who truly are victims, our media and politicians would have to be a lot more honest and decent and look no further than the Islamic faith.

I posted on another site this very morning that with those three in those positions: Buy your prayer rugs and Burqas now while they are still cheap.
Consider this:
* the gun control freaks want to ban all semi-automatic weapons;
* women rely on those weapons for self-defense;
* therefore: the gun control freaks are against women defending themselves with semi-automatic weapons;
* therefore: the left is going to wage a true and deadly war against women, while supporting rapists and murderers of women because they will no longer have to fear being shot.
I wouldn't want to sink to the Left's level of depravity (ie. the gutter) by making such an argument. Gun ownership can be argued very effectively without sinking to their level.
How a person, culture, country, religion treats those who are small, weak, women, children, different, disabled, dissenting....if they oppress and harm these, they are brutish, uncivilized, inhumane, evil.
Western culture is guilty along with Islamic and Hindu and Buddhist and Communist cultures of treating women and children badly. Even in the US, there is virulent human trafficking, porn, rape, and killing the unborn for starters. Statistically, the greatest cause of death for a pregnant woman in the USA is murder.
God must not be happy to see that humanity has treated His gifts (woman, marriage, the ability to create new life) with disrespect and contempt. Both sexes are guilty.
True feminism is respect for women and children.

And why, because she, Gov Palin, is not a Democrat, thus their core being as an advocate for Women's Rights, and standing up for Women in America, the core principle reason for existence, is a Lie, ie; hypocrisy, a facade, only to further a radical leftwing liberal political agenda.
And another point of ludicrous hypocrisy is their support of, and alignment of themselves with Islamists who enslave, torture, lash, behead, and treated women as property, not people.
Notice how the UN ignores Islam's barbarism and treatment of women and children, but condemns Israel where there are human rights, justice, care for human life.

This is how the left wins arguments. They polarize Americans from each other. They separate us by groups. They divide us, and they conquer us. They convince us that we’re either victims who deserve recompense or oppressors who must bow to the yoke.
Think that increasing taxes on high income earners stifles economic growth? That’s because you despise the poor. (If you don’t care about rising poverty rates under big government, though, your heart obviously bleeds for the homeless urchins.)
Believe that an unborn child has a right to life? That’s because you hate women. (Ignore sex-selective abortion, however, and you’re a visionary for gender equality.)
Like traditional marriage? You hate gays and would have strung up Matthew Shepard on a fence. (Blackball Proposition 8 supporters from work, though, and you’re an advocate of freedom.)

Expanding on your thoughts a bit k. I have a feeling it'll be prayer rugs that will provide comfort during the thoughtful act you feel is warranted. Knee pads won't be one of the items that will have a tax credit attached to it, prayer rugs will.

Thanks, AbC. :) All too often, I get unproductively worked-up about the left's distorted version of feminism. But in moments of clarity I realize, as with so many things, this is obviously not just an earthly battle. The Enemy would like nothing more than to destroy the most intimate way in which women image God: spiritually, emotionally, and physically life-giving beings. In the end, we have to feel heart-broken for those who have bought into the lies....and then storm Heaven with prayers for them.

I really and truly dont know how people marry people in the opposite political party.
Conservative vs. Liberal really is about so much more than politics. I've seen a few of my friends walk down the aisle with someone of the opposite political affiliation and it never seems to work. It's about MUCH more than elephants & donkeys.
I guess the liberal one justs keeps taking from the conservative one until the conservative has no more to give then they get divorced.
And separate vacations.

I'd rather be just feminine than a feminine-Nazi and that's what NOW and the lib women's movement are about; trying to dictate what a woman should be. Never got into all the women's lib stuff and found most of them were anti anyone who disagreed with them.
Once a number of years ago I sent an email to NOW telling them exactly what I thought and got a return it could not be received. Yeah, right.
Every now and then me and the guys get together to go harass the NOW people over at their Facebook page! You should give it a shot sometime...they have REMARKABLY thin skin! LOL!
