Chris Matthews: Sarah Palin is a Fascist

I’m not sure where to begin with this clip. Matthews starts out by asking “Is she a balloon head” in reference to Palin suggesting that Obama may be re-elected if he declared war on Iran to protect us and our allies, including Israel. Chris Matthews really has trouble getting over this statement. Then they go down the road of accusing Palin of preaching secession while campaigning for Rick Perry in Texas, which is absolutely not true.

But then the real olby-esque comment is made at the end when Matthews declares:

Huey Long wasn’t the most sane guy in the world…but he once said that when fascism comes to America it will call itself anti-fascism.

I am a Red Blooded Texas Republican but Chris Matthews is correct. Palin is an empty-dimwitted-bubble head.

Sarah Palin was introduced by Tom Tancredo at the Tea Party Convention. In his speech he called for "civics and literacy tests" for voters who elected a "socialist." In her Tea Party speech, Palin referenced the Constitution on numerous occasions but it is clear she has not read it.

Had Palin known basic third grade civics, she would have know that in the constitution clearly states that only congress shal declare war.

Last Sunday in Houston Texas, Palin called for Texas to secede from the union. She garnered a "large" crowd of 8000 supporters. Houston has 4 million people. 8000/4 million= 0.000002 (*100) = 0.0002 percent of Houston's population.

Seccession from the USA means that the newly formed country would lose countless military bases, billions of dollars in military contracts (Boeing, BAE Systems, GE, Lockheed Martin). Texas' world class medical centers and world renoun institutions such as the MD Anderson Cancer Center. Texas would lose state funded universities (UT, Texas A & M, Texas Tech) and football....ok I digress. There would be no FDA to limit bad drugs from pummeling the market. There would be no immigration enforcement causing an influx of illegal alliens. Corporations and big oil companies would have to close shop and relocate to countries that remain in the union. Drilling would cease off shore causing a loss in millions of jobs. The FBI, DEA, Homeland Security Department, ICE, TSA and other law enforcement agencies would cease to exist, cause high crime rates. There would be no Fedeeral Aviation Administration to regulate flights and prevent air traffic accidents. That also would create an open border for Bil Laden and other terroroists an open door to the US.

Corporations would relocate to states in the union, or face exorbitant import and excise taxes, as well as regulations to export goods and services to union states. Job losses would be massive, causing a wave migration of former Texans to neighbouring states, thereby overburdening their services.

And what might we call the leader of this new banana republic: El Presidate Rick Perry?

"Huey Long wasn’t the most sane guy in the world…but he once said that when fascism comes to America it will call itself anti-fascism."

My US history teacher in high school warn me about Huey "king fish" Long. It's the only thing I ever really remembered, though I'd admit I never really put the whole progressive movement in the prospective I do today.

There are so many faces to progressives it is hard to grasp the scope of how ingrained it is... This man can quote a near dictator of our republic and not one radio or television personality makes any mention of it.

I fear this whole situation will get far worse before it gets better. We are repeating history over and over again.

If we were fascists, Tingles would be too afraid to speak against us.

I agree with Palin on one thing if nothing else. There's no point in letting these left clowns get to us. They wanna misconstrue...let them. They're just discrediting themselves more and more all the time. Everyone I know who voted for Obama really wishes they hadn't now and I believe this not only to be a great conservative age for this country after 20 years worth of progressive administrations pushing for a New World Order, but an age of enlightenment overall. More and more people are waking up as we speak. We have got to put the pedal to the metal and spread the light of truth. Let's get out there and flip some more switches.

Matthews is clearly misconstruing what Palin said. I watched the Fox interview and she was not advocating an attack on Iran, she was implying that if the President did authorize a war then the people would feel obligated to back him in that time of war, thus making his re-election more likely. Obviously, Obama wouldn' t be the first Progressive president to advocate for war; Wilson and FDR both did, which apparently Matthews is ignoring, knowing most of his ignorant audience is unaware of. Her right hand raised in an oath style was recognizing that Israel is our ally; apparently something that Matthews has a problem with. Regarding the Texas "secession" comment, I think anyone with good ears could tell she was playing on words there. Her last comment (in this video anyway) went from Texas secession to Texas was "succeeding" refering to their state budget in comparison to the Federal budget.

I think this only provides further evidence that Matthews and the left are scared of Palin and desperate enough that they will cast aspersions anyway they can because they know there braindead followers don't know better.

"I think anyone with good ears could tell she was playing on words there."

I suspect anyone with a grade 7 education or more could tell... so I have no idea what Chris was getting at.

Last I checked, the states came together to form something greater than the sum of their parts, not the other way around...

The fed gov is waaaay out of control. Too many gov employees, too much power. 50,000 people need to be let go to pursue something beneficial for their country in the free marketplace, instead of 70K per year in a cubicle.

Each state must have first say on policies for the people in their own state.

Listening to Matthews talk has always made me wanna vommit. I kid you guys not. That last quote was a good point, but not really so much for Palin as much as it was for Obama's case. Obama keeps pushing fascist agendas but saying they're not. Here's a saddening statistic. 87% of people in the world (not just America) get their information SOLELY from MSM (Fox News is included when I say MSM). On other words, people are watching TV and taking the information for face value. Being a veteran who spent 2 years in Iraq, I can tell you that Iraq WASN'T a REAL war. It was more just kind of a "peacekeeping" or "anti-terror support" operation or whatever you wanna call it. Americans have ALWAYS been GREAT at war. We've gotten lots of practice since we first started up as a nation. If we were given the proper grounds to declare war with Iran, then I think it would be NO CONTEST. As long as Obama doesn't succeed in his massive disarming treaty plans with Russia, then we can and SHOULD declare war with Iran. Freakin liberal goofballs. I bet you still think that placing a flower in the barrel of a rifle is going to keep the shooter from pulling the trigger, eh? Gimme a break.
  • First of all. McKinnen is a McJERK! Now I know why Palin had such a tough time in the campaign. What a weasily slime-ball. I want to take a bath after watching his little clip.

Second, Chris and his Soft-balls needs to actually listen to the clips before he comments on them. He criticises Sarah Palin for infirring that Texas wanted to secede and she clearly says the opposite then says that Texas is "Succeeding!" He is a moron (which is why no-one watches his show anymore.)

Finally. Chris Matthews reminds me of the Rolling Stones or Bruce Springsteen. They may be the WORST musicians in the history of the planet, yet they make millions and everyone says how "great" they are. Chris Matthews is an idiot and nobody has told him yet that the emperor has no clothes.

Consider the source: Tingles is just another angry whacked out libtard with a ever decreasing audience.

Sometimes Palin struggles with articulating her thoughts, but not in these clips, and that's great.

Chris, there are numerous people that want Christians (or whites in general) dead, ASAP. They're not in America (who by the way, is ALREADY at war. News flash for ya, Chris).

This the most disturbing thing I've seen on the 'net:

A 12-year old muslim beheading another muslim. You won't believe your eyes.

    http://www.truthtube.tv/play.php?vid=2008

So Chris, go ahead and extend that olive branch, and say good-bye to your hand too. You see, the difference in how life is valued is quite different depending on where you live on the planet. And has been for thousands of years.

My point: While I'm not religious, I suspect the most hard-core Christians in North America wouldn't ever think it's A-OK for 12-year-olds to behead others.

Birth of a nation???? Really Chris? Good grief, and to think I used to like to listen to Matthews to get his pov from the dangling over the cliff far left. He and Uberdork are plainly in a complete freefall.
