CNBC’s John Harwood says that Lois Lerner pleading the fifth tomorrow before Congress is the worst possible outcome for the White House:
As I said before, I believe there is more to her pleading the fifth than just her own guilt. There’s no doubt in my mind that she’s protecting people in the White House.
