CNN Poll: Romney and Gingrich in dead heat

This is the latest CNN/Time/ORC poll that has Romney and Gingrich in a dead heat for 1st and Santorum still at a lackluster 3rd place with only 11%, just days before the Florida primary:

All interviews conducted by telephone among 369 likely voters in the Florida Republican primary by ORC International on January 22-24, 2012. Sampling error for Florida is +/-5 percentage points.
