When I heard about Bindergate this morning I think I truly recognized how bizaro bammy world has become. I've heard some really stupid things come out of the bammy campaign. How else can resumes be sent besides in a binder or on line? The total message is nonsense. They have nothing on Romney and will TRY to discredit his image with anything.

Whenever I have applied for a government position I have had to submit a resume. I believe it's standard practice. Apparently Obama is out of that loop, showing his ignorance once again.

I've got news for you - when a high level boss wants to look at candidates for employment, an underling goes through all the resumes and picks out the best candidates and presents them to the boss in a folder or a BINDER... BIG DEAL!!! Clearly they missed the point as they always do... Romney always considered numerous female applicants... enough to put in a binder!!!

Before al gore invented internet, most employers keep a library of "resume" binders of applicants that did not make the cut. I know, because i was one of those that in one of those binders as potential employee. This woman probably never heard of Link.com, which is today's descendant of "binders".. This woman IMHO is a "sexist".
