CNN’s Anderson Cooper backs up Speaker Boehner in criticizing Obama’s so-called plans to expedite the southern portion of the pipeline. Basically, the approval process for that portion of the pipeline goes through state and local levels and doesn’t even go through DC. So once again Obama is taking credit for something that he has no power to take credit for, and CNN says the White House can’t really explain how they will expedite it:
