Darrell Issa condemns ‘sneak and peek’ by DOJ into AP phone records, calls it a ‘Constitutional question’

The DOJ has secretly obtained 2 months of phone records from the Associated Press, as CNN reports below. Obviously the AP condemns it as a massive intrusion of their privacy as well as a look into their news gathering business model.

Darrell Issa, who was on with Wolf Blitzer when he reported it, condemned it as well noting that he’ll be glad to work with the Judiciary Committee to investigate this matter.
