David Gregory is such a putz. He’s trying to vilify Boehner for what 15 people on Lutz’s town hall said they believed. Boehner has made his stance clear on the issue time and time again, and yet it seems to me that David Gregory is the one who wants to perpetuate it. He just fed this coming week’s news cycle, primarily on MSNBC, and they will continue to blame Boehner for not having the leadership to stand up for what they say is the truth, even though that’s exactly what he did on Meet the Press. I mean, he stated it publicly right there in front of Gregory. What more could Gregory want?
This is not really about the ‘Obama is a Muslim’ issue, but rather it is an attempt by Gregory to try and undermine the public’s trust in Republicans in order to pave the way to democrat bliss in 2012. Problem is that we’re not stupid and we aren’t falling for his little tricks. We are awake now and Obama and the Democrats will be held accountable in 2012 for the mess that they have put this country in. Period.
