This nation is in the stew it is in because quite simply the American people got lazy; we stopped vetting the candidates, we just vote party line. We got intellectually lazy as well;spiritually lazy too.

Freedom of speech or assembly or worship are not part of Muslim culture. Pretty soon Dearbornistan will make it a crime to offend a Mooslim.

If it was a Christian trying to murder 9 muslims it would have made international news. This was just workplace violence, right?
Of course if the liberal lame stream even did bother to tell about it, they'd never divulge the fact that it was a muslim who did it.... it'd be like pulling fingernails to try and get them to print or show the true full story. Instead it's those intolerant Christians who are asking for it.
If they reported on it at all they would say it was a Tea Party member and never correct the "error" when they were called on it.
If they did write a correction it would be in the second section of the newspaper, page 54, between an article on the correct way to shuck oysters and a ten dollar rebate coupon for the new tanning facility on Elmer Street.

Political correctness will be the death of this country. For goodness sakes, call a spade a spade! The vast majority of terrorists are Muslim; the vast majority of illegal aliens are Hispanic; the vast majority of murders are by Blacks (against other Blacks). It is not racist to expect the trouble to be there. People who are Muslim and have radical views in relation to ours are, by definition, radical Muslims. People who break the law to get into this country illegally are, by definition, illegal aliens. Paying any attention to Sharpton, Farrakan or Jackson is stupid. Not a waste of time, just plain stupid. Anyone who puts ANY credence in what any of these hatemongers say would buy swampland in the Mojave. Same with CAIR. It's a terrorist front (proven), so anything they say is suspect. La Raza is a group that wants to legitimize illegal aliens, so any claim they make is also suspect. They refuse to believe that Mexico sold the southwest US to us (check it out). Use your head for something besides a hat-rack, as my grandfather would say. Don't give the US away!

This is probably just the beginning of things to come as far as muslims' in America intolerance toward Christians. I don't expect obama or the DOJ to be concerned with a "local" issue. But if a Christian tried to run over some muslims, I'll bet you obama and Holder would be all over it, looking for some Christians to prosecute for a hate crime.

We need to abolish hate crime prosecution. Punish the crime, not the thought. That is the ultimate slippery slope.
Agreed. My point is that "Hate crime" is a discriminatory law in that the left uses it to support and promote their favored groups.
Churches that become tax exempt through the 501 C 3 law, give up their freedom of speech. It is a shame, because most of them have bought into it. I would rather pay the taxes, and be able to call a specific political candidate a criminal, and from the pulpit.

That is a good explanation of your point. The scenario with the preacher would also cause the hate crime laws to violate freedom of speech.

No it is not. I agree with librtifirst. Hate crimes are the ultimate in political correctness, which is nothing but enforced mind control. If they can dictate what you can say, then they will eventually dictate what you think because you will be censoring yourself.
