It never ceases to amaze me how Democrats take their own faults and try to pass them on to their opponents. The Affordable Healthcare Act determines who gets to live and die, not the republicans. Yet the democrats turn truth on it's head and brand their opponents with their own failings. Stem Cell research HAS proven useful. We now know a lot more about cancer because stem cell experiments generally cause cancer. It is not currently anywhere close to a useful technology. It is just another hole to dump research money into. Don't the Libs realize that taking money for Stem Cell research decreases the pot of money available for Global Warming research, which decreases the money available for electric car battery research, which decreases money available to Acorn, etc, etc, etc. Time to cut off all the leeches living of tax payer money!
They are using this same ad here in Colorado against Cory Gardner. So I suspect the same ad is used over and over in different parts of the country against different candidates,.

What is with this culture of death?! Placenta Stem Cell Research has found more viable stem cells in the discarded placenta of a newborn which can be safely extracted for transplantation to heal help fight various blood disease. And I have a feeling Lt. Col. Allen West knows this. The only reason the willfully ignorant continue to pursue Embryonic Stem Cell research is because they would then have to acknowledge the embryo is a living person in it's earliest growth stage, and their murderous actions be exposed for just that. Which would then lead to abortion being exposed as murder too. And they can't have that on their conscience!
The stem cells don't come from people. They come from embryos that are created in a laboratory. Since stem cells are not humans and are not killing anyone, no one is hurt by stem cell research.

Do you not also understand that embryonic stem cell research has been an abysmal failure while adult stem cell research has been reaping great benefits?

I just sent Allen West a campaign donation. The Allen West ad juxtaposition of where Patrick was when Lt Col was going to Afganistan is revealing. Citizens that can't digest that difference are dooming our constitutional republic.
I saw this ad here in Colorado last night, only it was aimed at Congressman Mike Coffman. Same actors, same script, same sick feeling in my stomach. The fear tactics of the left have sunk to new lows.
I won't watch it.

I think Murphy risks getting another another "tune up" if he's going to play this kind of game. No job is worth stooping that low. Nobody who goes there should be allowed within a mile of public office.

Obama has alienated about half the members of the Democratic Party. That once proud and responsible political party has degenerated under Obama into America's de-facto socialist party. The Democratic Party's policies are so radically anti-American, anti-white, anti-family, and anti-God, that those hard-working, responsible Democrats left in the party can only despair at what he has done to them. If you are a Democrat, you are a socialist. That is disgraceful.

This ad pretends to be sympathetic to suffering by promoting mass slaughter and treating human beings like spare parts.

There's more research done on adult stem cells, which can be taken from - you guessed it! - adults. No need to kill babies.
Also - there's absolutely no evidence whatsoever that embryonic stem cells might possibly help against Alzheimers. But as this is a disease feared by so many of us, they'd go with it.

There is NO evidence that embryonic stem cells can treat any of these conditions. That is why the private investments in stem cell research go to investigate using adult stem cells.
This is such crap because it has been shown that embryonic stem cells are not where the discoveries are being made. Adult stems cells are where the advances are moving forward. This a sickening and false ad based solely (as all left wing manipulation is) on FEELINGS.

When I lived in California, there was someone at a church in the field of science who explained how the advances were being made in adult stem cell research, not embryonic. This is a great opportunity for West to come out with a counter ad on the side of life when it comes to stem cell research. I was so upset with Governor Arnold S. when he supported a bond measure for embryonic stem cell research and when it passed in California!
Interestingly, our local leftist rag had an article this very week about the research, stating that adult stem cell generating techniques now make the embryonic stem cells completely
UN-NECCESSARY for any kind of research, as of now.

Its disgusting and does not look like the america I fell in love with 25 years ago when I arrived here. But no worries I do believe West is going to crush Patrick Murphy. Dont forget there is a debate on friday and he is going to have to face The colonel and answer for all the lies. I just hope scoop carries the debate live here so all the people that dont live in Florida can watch it.
I hope you're right. I hope he does better in this debate than the last. West talks a little fast and makes it easy for the audience's eyes to glaze over. If he adds a little emotion and illustrates how the liberal talking points his opponent is spewing is currently being tried and failing miserably, he can win over new voters.
Absolutely, he has to connect or at least appear that he cares, I promise that if he comes in the same way as the last debate he will be fine, because as you saw he came out more likable than Osama.
