Democrat congresswoman says she’s not familiar with Operation Fast and Furious

Well, she’s only a Congresswoman after all, so I guess staying informed on political news isn’t one of her top priorities.

For the record, this is Rep. Nydia Velazquez (D-NY), and her constituents must be proud. Might be time though to call in the Bobs to determine what exactly it is this lady does all day long on the taxpayer dime.

Velazquez isn’t the only New York rep conveniently in the dark on Fast and Furious:

Velazquez’ fellow New York Democrat, Rep. Jose Enrique Serrano, also admitted to TheDC that he was unaware of Fast and Furious when approached for questions about the scandal.

Words fail.
