Iv'e heard of Dr. Carson a couple of years back ,but after his speech at the NPB.He floored me. This man had simple solutions ,both on the economy and health care for our troubled times. And the look on Obamas' face was that of anger and spite truely,he made all of the Pres. speaches seem full of hot air!I would vote for this man if he ran for office.But I bet other politicians (Dems-Reps-Indps.)would not appreciate him as much as the common folk would.He actually puts his money were his mouth is .Kudos to you Dr. B. Carson!....
Dear Lord, please give us more men and women like Dr. Carson. We need them desperately.

How refreshing is DR Carson ! I also saw him on Hannity and he was fantastic. I wish he'd enter the political arena.I watched our leaders reaction thruout the speech and he looked like he had a relapse of whatever he had in the first debate ! I hope we see more of DR carson in the future.
Obama, hardly smiled, last to clap, last to stand, first to sit after applause. Prideful head cocked in the air the whole time.

I don't think Dr Carson really knows the true agenda's of our govt,,,,,, but he hit the nail on the head in many ways. Awesome speech! I have a feeling Barry was just fuming over this speech!! LOL....... GO DR CARSON!!! The govt/Big Pharma has cures to diabetic neuopathy, cancer, "HIV", etc.... there's no money in wellness,,,, Big Pharma makes big money off chronically ill people, kids damaged by vaccines, and contributes to the dumbing down, the killing off of population per their sick/evil agenda.
This speech is awesome!!!! Hits the nail right on the head,,, and I don't think this man really knows what nerves he hit to the govt and their "agenda".... ex: Big Pharma (vaccines, chemo, etc) and comments regarding lobbyists, etc... cure for cancer (which we have but Big Pharma covers up),,, and the education of our people!! YES!!! Educate us and have transparency! Things our govt does not want us to have!!

I am not a fan of staff written 'canned' speeches due to Obama but Mr. Carson speaks of logic most Americans can relate to. He also spoke for roughly 25 minutes and it appears teleprompters were not used.
Ah, all is revealed of the true Obama in his body language, expressions and lack thereof. What a socialist elitist creep from Marxist leftist and Muslim creeps Obama is...and what a great man Carson shows himself to be and what a great mother he comes from. The fruit rarely falls far from the tree...No, really. Colonel Neville.
I don't know anything about him, but what are his thoughts about Obama? How does he fell about him?
Heck I would vote for him for president-where is the ballot? Great speech! It isn't often anyone gets the opportunity to say anything to Obama's face. He hides from anyone that does not agree with him. This man showed great character, honesty and intelligence today. I have heard the 'Outrage' from the left already so he nailed it.

Through the whole thing, I never ONCE saw Obama give an affirming nod, a real smile, or clap! He did clap and rise when others did at the end... but that's all! He looked as if he could fall asleep! That is so said!
Thank you, Jesus, for this man of God, for his family, for his testimony, and for his strength and conviction as a Christian!!!

This was an excellent speech. I'm sure Obama's ears were burning big time throughout. I even noticed him possibly texting on his BlackBerry during the Obamacare portion of the speech.
One thing that caught my eye in the beginning was that Obama did not smile for the dog joke, but did smile for the bird joke. I'm thinking with both of those jokes, food came to mind and how tasty both the dog and expensive bird would be.
Given the Freedom that this country provides even the poorest individual among us, the success story that this great man represents, should not come as any real surprise.
If anything, Dr. Ben's story should be the average normal story of any American in this country.
Let me outline it for those of you from Rio Linda.
He looked around at his surroundings. He didn't like what he saw. He said, "I can do better than this." He proceeded to apply himself in study. He went without sleep and he studied. He first became a Doctor. He then became a great Physician. Finally, he became one of the greatest Physicians on the Planet. Finally, he became one of the greatest human beings on this planet.
Finally, he made a speech, in front of this worthless leader we call our President, and in this speech, he told this worthless President what he thought of his leadership, or lack thereof. And this worthless President did not like it. And I enjoyed it immensely.
None of this would have been possible of course, without the Federal Government. Interestingly enough, he did it anyway.
Leadership does not come from government. It comes from the people. It comes from you and me.
Dr. Carson talked at some length with admiration of how several of the signers of the Declaration of Independence were doctors and said flat out that doctors should get in the public arena of ideas in Congress and elsewhere.
I took this to mean that he is possibly consdering a run for political office.
Shouldn't we be asking him about this and whether he would consider being a TEA Party candidate to run against Barbara Mikulski?

Are you mad? You actually want me to believe that even the most common person among us, could actually perform as a leader of this great nation, and make the difficult decisions necessary, to take this country forward on the difficult path we face?
Surely, you can't be serious. How could you believe that an ordinary citizen could possibly possess the wisdom necessary, to lead us on the correct path?
We need Politicians. People who have vast experience in government. People who know how to spend our tax money wisely. We would just waste it.
Let's face it. Left to ourselves, we are a pitiful lot. We wouldn't last a week, without the Liberals and the Federal Government.
The sooner you get that through your thick heads, the sooner we can begin to make some real progress toward a New World Order.
Why did God give us Conservatives? They are such an impediment to our future!
Don't get me wrong. I know they mean well. It's just that they don't understand what we are trying to do. I just wish they would get out of the way of progress.
We are almost there. They are the last thing in our way. That, and that damned Second Amendment!

It is true what you say. It is something all of us have always known. Ordinary Americans are the best among us to lead our country. That is what our Founders tried to tell us.

I have a new hero in Dr Ben Carson. What a contrast between Carson, a man of honor, integrity and character and Barack Obama, totally lacking in all three virtues. What a contrast: Carson - no excuses, Obama - blame everyone else for your failures; Carson - flat tax, Obama - progressive mess; Carson sensible health care, Obama - the worst piece of legislation ever passed in Obamacare; Obama - disdain for the flag, Carson - respect for the flag. Down with Obama; long live Carson!!!!

Dr. Ben Carson is the subject of a movie starring Cuba Gooding, Jr. called "Gifted Hands" and is a real, live American HERO!!! Brilliant and gifted, and patriotic. How wonderful!

Gifted hands and a gift of fearlessness to speak the truth. Dr. Carson is an American hero and a role model for all to follow. Little boys or girls, it is okay to become a surgeon, physician, CEO, CFO, lawyer, University chancellor, et al... Just do it!! I love this man and his message!!!
Dr. Carson meets the criteria for the original usage of the word "liberal" in the sense of liberality of disposition, benevolent, prone to giving graciously, to cheering other souls; "a son of the kingdom". How nice and worth remembering was his description of the origin of our national anthem through Francis Scott Key's patriotic vision! re-instilling pride in this country and hope for a favorable outcome.
As I listen to Dr. Benjamin Carson, black philanthropic doctor, tout those ideals which have made America great, successful and victorious, pride in my country again inspires me to sing, "America the Beautiful". Dr. Carson's speech at the 2013 National Prayer Breakfast ought to be read by every singer whose rendition of our national anthem is to be televised or seen by a large audience.

Have you ever witnessed such disinterest by a President of these United States at the National Prayer Breakfast? What a disgrace!! He never applauded...........NOT ONCE for this talented doctor and awe inspiring speaker. I do believe he got up way before his usual wake up time of say.........noon! He was still wiping the sleep from his eyes. I was glad that the good doctor strode off the stage with nary a look back!
Every idea he spoke of flew in the face of this not so presidential failure. How long can we endure this guy? My blood pressure is sky high.
