Egyptian: “Mursi is coming here, we would be like Iran. We don’t want to be like Iran”

Egypt is down to it’s final two candidates for president, Muslim Brotherhood’s Dr. Muhammad Mursi and former prime minister under Mubarak Ahmed Shafik. For many, according to this report, a Shafiq presidency means that the revolution was in vain and they would return to Tahrir Square. One Egyptian guaranteed it 150% that they would return. However to others, as my title suggests, they feel Mursi will keep his promise and create a religious state like Iran, and they don’t want that.

Their election will be held next month. Watch below:
