EPA Analysis: Who cares about jobs?

Rep. Gardner from Colorado cornered EPA Assistant Administrator Mathy Stanislaus on the EPA’s so called ‘complete’ economic analysis. Turns out the EPA never directly factored jobs into their equations for the economic impact of their regulations.

What’s great about this interview is how Gardner gets this on record. He won’t let up on this main question, asking if the EPA ever factored jobs into their analysis. Stanislaus finally admits it amidst a lot of stammering and awkward pauses.

Way to go Rep. Gardner!
