I don't think so. I agree it's what would normally happen, but Obama is a black liberal and this will be ignored.....just like everything else he does....even by the majority of the voters. We are just lynching a black man....they will say.

Holder just asked the White House to put the documents in question under Executive Privilege. Looks like they had a game plan of obfuscation all along. No surprise here.

this must be Holder's way of saying, yo, brudder 'bama, it's time for you to stick your foot in the way before these unreleased documents take down you and me both. Now it's you who are between a rock and a hard place. Fish, cut bait, or resign.
What's interesting about putting these documents under Executive Privilege is that Executive Privilege means that they are communications tied to the White House. Are they saying Obama was involved in this coverup? I think this says a lot more than just a simple game of "I don't want to give up information".
No more cooperation.. sounds like the SAME song and dance that's been going on. Holder has made it clear that what they've got thus far is ALL they're going to get.. Congress needs to take the most severe steps they can legally take against Eric Holder!
And if Holder is held in contempt of Congress, just who do ya think is charged with enforcing the law? That's right the Injustice Dept. Holder won't be going to jail anytime soon. Nor will he resign. The only thing that I'm curious about is just how many Dems will side with Repubikans on the vote to hold Holder in contempt? Me thinks there is one standard for thee (Repubiks) and another standard for me (Dhimis).
Rumor has it that 31 Dems in the House are siding with Issa. If the Committee votes for comtempt, then a full House vote occurs. After that, it goes to the US Attorney for the District of Columbia for criminal charges. What they do with it is anybody's guess, but it will be on record at any rate.
And good luck with that. Now that Obama is joining Holder, will he also be held in contempt...and if so... is this Congress prepared to bring articles of impeachment against him? I bet not.

Today, June 20th, is the summer solstice for the northern hemisphere. That is the longest day of the year. Also, the House Oversight committee is supposed to vote today on contempt charges against Eric Holder. One can only hope that it is the longest day of the year for him. Ironic, isn't it?
Who says God doesn't have a sense of humor?
It's time the United States starting prosecuting treason again because this administration and people like Holder will have no compunction about using it as against the American people when they resist obama's whims.
Hah, I guess that doesn't make any sense does it? Holder would be the one prosecuting the cases, we're already there.
Why should anyone be stunned? We're dealing with a criminal organization here. Criminals acting like criminals. The question is, will congress just be stunned and outraged, or will they do something about it? Holder throws his weight around because he knows he's dealing with a wimpy, all-bark-no-bite congress. Contempt vote? I'll be casting mine in November.
Did anyone stop to think that maybe the occupants of the White House have no intention of leaving? That's the plan, I'm almost certain.
Given the recent executive orders that mimic Kennedy's continuity of government orders, it seems as though the suspension of elections due to a national emergency is quite likely. Other things, such as the NDAA, are pointing toward an apparent government concern of a national emergency.
The bankers could raise interest rates and dump the economy, but most likely will continue the bailouts globally until the world currencies collapse. So far they are propping it all up, and it is getting harder to do with every passing day.
Any emergency would do. We might see a dirty bomb go off in the US, which could be blamed on Iran and give them the excuse that they need for both things to happen.
Self sufficiency. That's my new end game plan.

I told my wife that this was the last "fair" election we would have in the United States. So far I haven't seen any evidence to the contrary.
The primary was a fraud smorgasbord. The primary, especially in the caucus states, is where you can prove the fraud. The national elections are defrauded electronically. It has been proven mathematically via the use of algorithms. There is plenty of evidence out there. We don't elect the president anymore.
What does "no cooperation from that time forward" mean anyway? The only cooperation Holder has offered thus far is to come to the hearings. He has done nothing but make a mockery of them.
The whole world over, I believe there is no enemy of this administration greater than those who love the constitution. There is nothing those enemies can do until November. Meanwhile, they are at will to undermine every law made to constrain them and create excessive laws on us by executive fiat.
Holder is a Traitor...Shame on Gutless GOP for his appointment...Any/all who supported his nomination MUST go...

There are so many reasons for Holder to be fired, chief among them, the death of a border patrol agent, killed with a gun that Holder allowed the Cartels to procure. There are many more reasons for his boss to be replaced. november can't come soon enough. God help us.

Even if obummer loses Holder will go free. The establishment doesn't prosecute each other. I hate to have to say it, but fast and furious appears to just be an extension of pre-Obama policies. Romney would keep the border open just as his predecessors did. Its part of the establishment agenda. The North American Union is to be our global financial region, and they want open borders and universal disarmament due to border "chaos".

So Beck is finally hitting the new world order. Glad to hear it. He was getting close on Fox, but never quite went there. A lot of people here are not exactly Alex Jones fans, but he guy puts out some good info. His interviews with many people are quite telling. I subscribe and sift through the shows for good info. I also check out The Schiff Report and Natural News regularly.
Isn't it frustrating how so many people will purposely ignore good information? It completely changed my whole political outlook.

This ba$tard is in charge of the highest office of the law in this country- he has SWORN an oath, and all he has proven is that he is contemptable, disrespectful and an a$$. He is NOT royalty. Like the others who are in Washington, he is hired by the citizens in this nation- NOT just the ones he swings with politically or ideologically, but ALL citizens, including the dead ones who are in fact DEAD because of his office. Whether he ordered the guns to walk, whether he shot Brian Terry himself, or whether someone from his office gave orders on their own- the buck, the bloody buck stops with this lowlife vermin. Contempt charges are not enough. Impeach the scum!
Unlike a lot of people in Washington he is NOT hired by the citizens of this country. We don't get a vote for any of the heads of departments. We didn't get to vote for Holder for AG. He needs to be removed and congress needs to stop dragging their feet on this issue. Boehner needs to be replaced since he is weak-willed on this type of stuff. I'd take Issa as Speaker or at least someone else who has the intestinal fortitude to crush people when they overstep their constitutional bounds.
Btw, your local sheriff is the highest elected law enforcement official. Holder is just an Obamabot placed by Obama who like his boss doesn't take responsibility for any failure.
I would love to see Rep. West as Speaker of the House and Sen. Rubio as Senate Majority leader. What a day that would be. I'm sure this Congress would no longer be considered a do-nothing Congress.
Add to that, Sherriff Joe Arpaio appointed as AG of the Dept of Justice would cap off a triple crown sweet dream that could clean up the mess that our country is in.
I would have Sheriff Joe as head of Homeland Security, otherwise I concur with your choices. Chris Christie or Rudy Guiliani as AG would be my choice.
Sorry, but I would argue about the "highest office of the law". I believe that the sheriff's offices in the country have more power constitutionally. They just don't have the executive branch and all the thugs with guns that the feds do.
