He is confirmation for me that my beliefs are not in the wrong. Not that I needed it but still...it's nice!

The chapter in his book where he talks about what he did after he nearly killed his friend was one of the most moving I've read in a biography - because he describes in full, no mincing of words, his extreme anguish and how this led him to throw himself at the feet of God.

Just read it ...

So he almost killed somebody? Big deal. What I want to know is this: has he ever taken a sip of water?

This is the kind of person that can truly be called a self made man, that any one, other than the low info liberals, can be mighty proud of. I doubt that the liberal media will be able to take him down. I do believe he will be able to defend himself verbally as good as Newt has been able to. We can support a man like this, and I doubt that we would have any regrets. This is what the country needs, a non "old boys club" politician.

Wow! It seems Ben Carson is the real deal.

I saw that movie, "Joined Together." I don't remember that scene, though. But it was a strangely interesting movie.
