Fox News Edited Out Applause from Obama’s West Point Speech – UPDATE: Appears to be a glitch

There are other videos around, but I’ve got the original Fox News version and made my own to give this credence.

See for yourself:

I would imagine this is the work of an individual or two and hopefully this isn’t representative of the entire organization. As far as I know they didn’t run this edited version on Fox News Channel, just on their video sections on their website and YouTube.

BTW, I’ve got the entire speech from Saturday from their live feed.

UPDATE: Johnny Dollar says this is a glitch. It does appear on the video again toward the end. I found the actual video on their site and the same glitches appear. Watch below:

It looks like he is right because the second glitch comes while Obama is talking and looks like an actual glitch. But boy that first glitch was poorly timed. They should have done better quality control on their end, but honestly, this wouldn’t be an issue of the glitch didn’t look like an edit. The other glitch would seem to exonerate the first.
