Fox News LLC and the Glenn Beck Show

I got hit again today and my youtube account got deleted. Another account from a different user also got hit.

I am not giving up yet on finding the show and embedding it, but I ask you to please be patient. I am not sure what time tonight the show will be posted, but I’ll have it here as soon as I possibly can.

Also, I am up for suggestions on how to keep this going.

I have noticed lately FoxNews has gone nuclear on online publication of its content. They've been killing the live streams faster than they are created. This is the first I've seen them killing recorded shows, however.

There really is a huge market of people resistant to paying for overpriced cable who seek an alternative to the mainstream media. I wish Fox would address this.

Some people suffer from the Glenn Beck Groupie Syndrome, just like some who are Ron Paul groupies, Palin Groupies, Romney groupie ... they can't ear a a criticism of their Idol .... get a religion or start smoking pot !

This Schumber dude destroyed this great site, I came here to watch stossel and Beck, and just because of difference of opinion during a comment thread, this little baby got whining that ''we are distorting Beck message''

Anyone whit 2 brain cells will at least watch a full interview of Beck to make his mind about him, and won't be stupid enough to make his mind after reading a thread

Thanks for all the work you do and hope you get this worked out without a bunch of legal trouble. I am a college student and my housing fee pays for cable including FNC but I'm not about to go buy a DVR. And I don't get Fox Business so no Stossel. :( There's like a 3 week delay but high def Stossel gets put on Hulu if anybody wants to see the older episodes. http://www.hulu.com/stossel

I thought that copywright infringement is when someone claims content as their own. If so, in no time did rs claim any as his own or is that plagerism? Anyway it was great while it was available as I do not have cable and with the way things are I will not be getting it. RS thanks for trying to get the word to us and certainly don't do anything that will result in legal issue. I will have to hear about Beck from others point of view.

The easiest solution to all our Glenn Beck and Stossel woes is for fox to provide the content in its entirety. They could post the show and play short commercials like Hulu does with all its content. I don't mind watching the 30 or 45 second commercials in between segments and fox could make money from the advertising. Unfortunately, I don't know how to go about suggesting this to the broadcaster, or if they even care, but if someone does please don’t hesitate.

I would definitely list Schubert as an individual who does not respect The Constitution at all. I would in fact request to ban his IP address from this site completely due to his total hypocrisy and post his email on every site possible. Hes much more like a Lindsey Graham style friend.

Schubert seems to be a faux libertarian. On the one hand, he extols the Constitution. On the other, he wants this website disbanded because it expresses ideas he doesn't agree with. With that attitude, he would be more at home with the Daily Kos. He also claims to not want Beck's message "distorted." It's hard to see how a message can be distorted if it's delivered complete and uncut.

Maybe he should try doing something useful and finish that symphony.

I can't understand why people are dicks like that. I love this site. And I know Stossel wants his message out to as many people as possible, no matter how. He says he's mostly doing his show for his Stossel in the Classroom series, so millions of school children can watch it.

There aren't many people out there doing what Stossel and Beck are doing, They need all the exposure they can get.

Whatever you do scoop, I'll support it.

Thanks for all that you do Right Scoop. I watched and followed your site. I really enjoyed it. Cable costs are too high to pay for digital cable and Fox Business. I thank you for your hard work. I watched and monitored your account on youtube and this site. Deeply saddened when Joe Seals who was The Daily Beck said he had his account and yours closed again over copyright violations. This won't make Fox News popular. I think this is exactly the stuff that makes people upset at news corp.

Cry me a river on copyright laws. This is the news we are talking about. This is information America needs to know. Fox news might have lost a dedicated viewer here because I won't stand for this anymore than corruption in the Obama administration.

So why give them the ratings and watch lame shows like Bill O'Reilly. Since I still got basic cable. I think I will use the time to just be on the web reading places such as this site and free Republic or Hot Air and Newsbusters.

It's nice that Schubert doesn't want Glenn Becks message being taken out of context; however, I'm not sure if having one of the only free sources to get the original uncut content pulled from the internet is the best approach. If someone is upset that a message is being taken out of context please just provide a link to the original content and provide your opinion clearly and respectfuly

Use PopModal (a conservative vid site) or DailyMotion.

You'll have better results there unless you're going to host it on your own server.

rs, count me in on being patient but in the mean time i'll enjoy the rest of the great place you have here. i think the suggestion by amywilson about verification to parts of this site may help keep out the riff raff, however, sniveling bags of crap like schubert spend all their friendless waking hours looking for ways to usurp discourse he/she/it disagrees with.

I hope there is a solution soon. In the mean time, is there someone who could/would write up a daily synopsis for those of us who can't watch with some high points (names, books, issues) so we can stay aware? Also, on Ustream what channel is broadcasting and 8pm in what time zone? Thanks in advance from someone who needs her daily source of news!

Can you host your own content on your site?

I downloaded a program to clip the video I wanted and uploaded it to my server.

Then linked to it/embedded it and voila!

..I use Wordpress on my site, though, and it prompts for uploads. Then I can embed.

Re-rendering the video and speeding it up will foil the auto-detectors, but when you have a schubert-tool-prick who was a apparently frequently beaten up by girls when in kindergarten paying for a direct line to some legal bottom feeders... well. Odd that Fox freely rebroadcasts the audio over at u-stream 8:00PM, but won't allow the video for Beck?

time for email & password verification to get into certain areas of the site??? Then, you can post what you want and Schubert can't view it? It would certainly make it more difficult to monitor and try to gain access. Maybe you could do an invitation only to those who actually come here nightly to watch.

I see another person that had her account suspended was also listed in my subscriptions.

About 4 months ago I was subscribed to many channels that had Fox News as their main theme. Fox News then went on a purging request at that time. Now, most have had their account suspended or now have change directions completely.

I'm not sure WHAT that something is since I don't go to the video sites too often, but I'm with andrew on this. Your BEST bet is to use something OTHER than YouTube.

Of course, it's all in how persistent you want to be in continuing to bring us the content too.

I'm also with rick in the sense that free is NICE...but sometimes we can't get EVERYTHING we want for free. I'm gonna just enjoy the ride until it's done for. I'm kind of starting to sail the same boat that Beck is floating on. I'm gettin battle weary myself. I think I can take a few days away from this at least and start anew later on.

Also...perhaps some of the other people on your site who MIGHT HAVE Fox News and maybe say...have MORE MONEY than I do might wanna pitch in their time and efforts to Tivo or DVR these shows and post them for you too.

We can think of it as an informational army. I just wish I could be of better help myself. I'm too poor for DVR and cable.

Just so you know, YouTube is OWNED BY Fox News, so that's why it makes it easier for them to hit you THERE than perhaps some other sites.

Also...MySpace is owned by them as well, so I wouldn't use THAT as an option either.

I've enjoyed watching the show here but I think if Fox is determined to keep it behind a wall, then that's their choice. Free is nice but most things have a price tag.
I've considered getting the insider Glenn Beck content, but how many hours of Beck do I really want in my life? I think I can do fine with less.
