Fox News LLC and the Glenn Beck Show

I've enjoyed watching the show here but I think if Fox is determined to keep it behind a wall, then that's their choice. Free is nice but most things have a price tag.
I've considered getting the insider Glenn Beck content, but how many hours of Beck do I really want in my life? I think I can do fine with less.

I'm not sure WHAT that something is since I don't go to the video sites too often, but I'm with andrew on this. Your BEST bet is to use something OTHER than YouTube.

Of course, it's all in how persistent you want to be in continuing to bring us the content too.

I'm also with rick in the sense that free is NICE…but sometimes we can't get EVERYTHING we want for free. I'm gonna just enjoy the ride until it's done for. I'm kind of starting to sail the same boat that Beck is floating on. I'm gettin battle weary myself. I think I can take a few days away from this at least and start anew later on.

Also…perhaps some of the other people on your site who MIGHT HAVE Fox News and maybe say…have MORE MONEY than I do might wanna pitch in their time and efforts to Tivo or DVR these shows and post them for you too.

We can think of it as an informational army. I just wish I could be of better help myself. I'm too poor for DVR and cable.

Once you are on Fox's radar you will never get off it. Also, you have made enemies by posting about certain topics.

I see another person that had her account suspended was also listed in my subscriptions.

About 4 months ago I was subscribed to many channels that had Fox News as their main theme. Fox News then went on a purging request at that time. Now, most have had their account suspended or now have change directions completely.

Umm, no, Vimeo is infested with progressives. They will have your conservative vid dropped before it ever sees daylight. Just post a conservative comment over there and watch what happens. It would be like asking Chuck Schumer to be honest, or the late Teddy Kennedy to stop drinking. Won't happen.

Can you host your own content on your site?

I downloaded a program to clip the video I wanted and uploaded it to my server.

Then linked to it/embedded it and voila!

..I use WordPress on my site, though, and it prompts for uploads. Then I can embed.

In the mean time, is there someone who could/would write up a daily synopsis for those of us who can't watch with some high points (names, books, issues) so we can stay aware? Also, on Ustream what channel is broadcasting and 8pm in what time zone? Thanks in advance from someone who needs her daily source of news!

rs, count me in on being patient but in the mean time i'll enjoy the rest of the great place you have here. i think the suggestion by amywilson about verification to parts of this site may help keep out the riff raff, however, sniveling bags of crap like schubert spend all their friendless waking hours looking for ways to usurp discourse he/she/it disagrees with.

I can't understand why people are dicks like that. I love this site. And I know Stossel wants his message out to as many people as possible, no matter how. He says he's mostly doing his show for his Stossel in the Classroom series, so millions of school children can watch it.

There aren't many people out there doing what Stossel and Beck are doing, They need all the exposure they can get.

I would definitely list Schubert as an individual who does not respect The Constitution at all. I would in fact request to ban his IP address from this site completely due to his total hypocrisy and post his email on every site possible. Hes much more like a Lindsey Graham style friend.

The easiest solution to all our Glenn Beck and Stossel woes is for fox to provide the content in its entirety. They could post the show and play short commercials like Hulu does with all its content. I don't mind watching the 30 or 45 second commercials in between segments and fox could make money from the advertising. Unfortunately, I don't know how to go about suggesting this to the broadcaster, or if they even care, but if someone does please don’t hesitate.

I am a college student and my housing fee pays for cable including FNC but I'm not about to go buy a DVR. And I don't get Fox Business so no Stossel. There's like a 3 week delay but high def Stossel gets put on Hulu if anybody wants to see the older episodes. http://www.hulu.com/stossel

I have noticed lately FoxNews has gone nuclear on online publication of its content. They've been killing the live streams faster than they are created. This is the first I've seen them killing recorded shows, however.

There really is a huge market of people resistant to paying for overpriced cable who seek an alternative to the mainstream media. I wish Fox would address this.
