Sarah Palin blasted the President tonight on his Libya policy, criticizing him for spending too much time on the campaign trail when he should instead be focusing on our military and economic problems. As far as the current prices of energy on the rise, Palin blames the devaluing of the dollar by the Fed and a lack of domestic oil supplies which she says can be addressed by the Obama administration if they want. But realistically she doesn’t believe that we’ll get any relief until Obama’s out of office.

Watch the whole interview to hear her talk about Trump and take a shot a Katie Couric!

She is awesome. I love her. Loved the shot at Couric. I get the feeling that Palin can take out Trump anytime she wants. She knocked out Chris Christie easily.

    • JR Dogman

      Yup.

Just like she’ll take out Obama.

And the MSM/Democrat Party know it.

      • Anonymous

…but do the RINO’s who seem to run the Repubs??? can she get nominated??

        • http://twitter.com/Super_Sachiko Jasmine Clark

well we have to make sure she gets nominated. we, the regular people. not listening to establishment republican strategist know-it-alls.

  • http://twitter.com/TTC4Palin TheTotalConservative

She is a faster talker and full of substance, much more than anyone running.

    • Anonymous

much more substance!! even some thinking while she talks!!

    What a hoot…

    Obama… Trump… Couric…

Common sense from Sarah Palin about Obama’s past college and university writings and how it affects his current actions and future policy decisions, Trump taking the initiative to discover Obama’s past as it affects his current and future decisions, and Katie Couric’s, uh, future “multi-dimensional story telling” (at 15min. 30sec.)

She was sharp. She is the one of they really fear. 3 Years of Attacks. I think Palin can beat Obama.

    • JR Dogman

Agreed, but for one point: She won’t just *beat* Obama.

She’ll grind him to dust under one of her high heels.

      • http://twitter.com/Super_Sachiko Jasmine Clark

that’s after she gives him her nightstick and clubs him like a halibut.

oh goodness i love that scene where she clubs a halibut. <3

    • JR Dogman

One more thing, by the way:

Notice when Gov. Palin refers to Obama running around to raise the $1B he’ll “need” to win reelection.

      That’s important.

Obama saying he’s going to raise $1B for 2012 *isn’t* a sign of confidence.

      It’s a sign of *fear*.

It indicates Obama’s awareness that he can’t win unless he drowns out the other side’s argument.

In other words, it’s an admission that in a fair fight, he can’t win.

In any event, if Gov. Palin runs, he won’t raise anywhere *near* $1B. Know why?

Because in 2008, he raised just over *half* a billion dollars, and God knows how much of it was from illegal contributions. You know, like from those phone banks in the Middle East, from all those multiple donations from “Mickey Mouse” and “Bugs Bunny”, etc., and from ACORN, the unions, etc.

In 2008, Obama was able to get away with such massive illegal fundraising for two reasons: (1) he and his team knew the media would *never* report any story that could damage him; and (2) the ineptitude and naivete of the other side.

If Gov. Palin runs, Obama will *not* get away with that kind of crap again. She and her team will make him answer for every suspicious donation, and make him pay for it.

      And she’ll outraise him.

      • http://twitter.com/Super_Sachiko Jasmine Clark

        good point.

        • Dogman0073

          Thanks.

        • JR Dogman

          Whoops — I meant:

          Thanks. :)

      • Anonymous

disagree. Obama already has his billions set up in slush funds. His raising $ billion is just cover so no one questions how he has all this cash to do what he is doing. he “buys” 2 hours of primetime…..where he get the money will be the question and the response will be “well he raised a $ billion……The massive roll out of campaign stops and fundrasiers is nothing but cover for him to be able to tap into his slush funds at need during the campaign. That $20 billion from Bp, the unspent Tarp, the unspent stimulus, the $100 billion for obamacare etc. Obama is going to funnel off that money for his campaign and the MSM will not bother to check where all the money is coming from because “he rasied a $ billion you know.”

What a breath of fresh air! When she takes a breath, that is! What a relief to hear someone SAY WHAT THEY THINK – especially when they are well informed. You go, girl!

For some reason, I just wasn’t feeling this interview. It’s odd because most seem to have loved it. I probably need to watch it again.

It’s great to always be blunt about Obama’s incompetence but I felt that she already hit him hard with the facebook post (awesome post), and in her response to the first couple of questions. So it would have been better if she had scaled back some of that hitting and stuck to answering the questions with substance.

I guess she’d be better off if you ran her campaign??

      • http://pulse.yahoo.com/_ZM2XJEWHT7NXOHZTZWBFVKALNI DetroitS

Stop it with the mocking, that’s how I felt about this particular interview. I love the governor, but she’s not going to always please everyone, during every interview.

        • Anonymous

OK. I don’t know why what you said made me so mad. It’s just like you wanted to call her shots and I think she’s pretty good at it.

I am sorry you were a little bored with her today. I am glad you love her, as do I.

    • http://twitter.com/Super_Sachiko Jasmine Clark

what the… there was so much substance in thie interview, how did you miss it! and also, sarah can have substance and hit hard AT THE SAME TIME. that’s one of her talents. she’s awesome.

      • http://pulse.yahoo.com/_ZM2XJEWHT7NXOHZTZWBFVKALNI DetroitS

I didn’t say there wasn’t substance, there definitely was. The hard hitting was too much today. That’s all. People loved it, and I thought it was Ok.

More specifically though, Greta asked what she should would do about the gas prices (around 6 minute mark) and the governor straight ripped into Obama for a bit and then gave her answer. That’s her style and it’s working. However, after all the hard hitting at the beginning of the interview, I was ready for that to stop and just hear her answer (which she gave beautifully later on).

Maybe I am being picky tonight.

  • OldRepublican

Not sure I understand where she would have read about Katie Couric in a newspaper if Katie just announced it the same day as the interview. Sarah seems to really have a bad attitude about Katie Couric. I don’t think it’s unreasonable to ask a political candidate what newspapers he or she reads.

    • http://twitter.com/Super_Sachiko Jasmine Clark

wow it was a JOKE, goodness. it was just a funny moment. don’t take it so seriously.
um if you’ve realized, KATIE has a bad attitude about HER. and also: she didn’t just ask what papers she read, she kept pressing it and annoying her. she asked, and sarah answered the question that she reads a lot of papers. she didn’t want to favor one over the others. but katie kept pressing it and i heard sarah say in a different interview that she was angry becaue katie treated her like she didn’t read at all!! katie is a condescending jerk. and by the way i am so sick of people acting like that was a bad interview or bad answer. it was fine, but people made it into this big controversy. yes, sarah reads lots of news. that’s obvious. katie acting like she didn’t read is annoying.

      • OldRepublican

But what newspaper did she read today that had anything about Katie Couric leaving CBS? It wasn’t confirmed until today, so she couldn’t have read it in a newspaper today.

        • Anonymous

Your logic does not resemble Earth logic. Online newspapers update all the time. The Couric story was big news yesterday and was all over the place.

    • Anonymous

Palin said she read about Couric online. Why is that hard to understand?

Greta asked the question about Couric. It’s not like Palin brought it up herself.

Also, if the newspaper question is not unreasonable then I’m sure you can link a few videos or transcripts of other politicians being asked the same ridiculous question of whether they read news publications.

I will check back later to see if you posted any links. It shouldn’t be hard since it’s so reasonable to ask a politician if they actually read about world events.

      • OldRepublican

Oh, yes, you’re right. I listened to it again. She said she reads newspapers online. I realize it’s not a question asked often, but I still don’t think it’s unreasonable.
I wonder what she wrote about in her graduate school papers, since she did bring up that subject.

        • Anonymous

Palin didn’t go to graduate school. She worked her way through college and received her bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of Idaho in 1987.

  • http://twitter.com/Super_Sachiko Jasmine Clark

has anyone noticed that palin is really amazing and awesome??

  • Anonymous

Couric became a mean spirited women after her husband died. Palin, Bachmann and Trump are slicing and dicing Obama in the early stages of the road to 2012. The rest are Geldings………..

    • poljunkie

Katie Couric has always been over rated and you’re right- it seems to me she has always had a mean streak for those who don’t follow her agenda.

  • http://geopolicy.wordpress.com Tony

I haven’t listend to Palin in a while… The BS from the liberal mainstream media is getting up to my ears, so I figured I would hear from the women herself. I miss her voice.

  • Anonymous

    Excellent interview!

  • Anonymous

Beating the liberals at their own game. Palin takes the birth certificate and turns it into a full blown call on everyone to look into everything about Obama. She pointed out that they did it to her. Go get em, Sarah. I love the strategy.

For years, the Left attacked and questioned everything about Bush, Cheney and now Palin. We sat by idly by. Why not throw a birth certificate at them every once in awhile. They’d do it to us if the shoe was on the other foot.

  • K~Bob

I love how folks keep hitting Palin on substance. Did you catch all the stuff she said about Libya, Energy, Economics, Stimulus, Quantitative Easing, and a host of other things? She did it fast, without a string of pauses and annoying “uuh” sounds. She did it without a teleprompter, and without looking at notes.

She also did it without wandering into the weeds on percentages, commission findings, and other props. If you understand the basic subject, and have a firm set of guiding principles, you don’t need to convince people by comparing how much better your percentages are than your opponent’s. Our economic problem isn’t expressed in how much the Fed does, and arguments over it’s effect. Our problem is with non-stop increases in redistributive control over people’s prosperity.

Simply put: It’s wrong–morally, economically, and strategically–and history has proven it over and over again. This is how you hit Obama’s policies, and it’s how Governor Palin speaks.

Sarah,.. america needs YOU now more than ever.

    run Sarah,.. RUN!!!!!

    PALIN / BOLTON 2012

Compared to barry she is Exactly what America will NEED to repair

ALL of the damage wrought by the Dumb-O-cRATs,…

and barry and his UNION masters.

This is ONE MORE REASON America NEED’s Sarah Palin NOW more than EVER.

And I can NOT stress this enough,…

Sarah Palin IS ONE of the ONLY women IN the REPUBLICAN PARTY,…

    With the “B A L L S” to tell Barry and his UNION masters,…

AND the Dumb-O-cRATs to SHOVE their agenda were the sun does NOT SHINE!!.

The Leftwing nut LIBRATARDS know in their bones that Sarah Palin,…

IS Ronald Reagan ALL OVER AGAIN. IT TERRIFIES them to no end.

ESPECIALLY the ones who are OLD enough to remember Reagan.

So they are trying with EVERY thing they have to,…

destroy her in a pre-emptive strike.

If you have heard her recent WI speech you understand.

Sarah Palin REALLY IS the real deal.

Not some pre-packaged made up configuration like their hero Barry.

The Left senses this and has reacted like expected.

IF she runs against barry in 2012,…

She WILL CRUSH him with indisputable numbers.

    I watched this last night.
    She….was….great.

Keep slugging, Sarah…you’re making them sweat.
Loved the little digs about Katie Couric.
    Heh heh.

I saw this last night while watching Greta and the main thing I remember is the Katie thing at the end. What goes around comes around huh :-)

Sarah was absolutely glowing. She was all sparkly and nothing short of beautiful.
What a lovely, lovely lady. Why are there no women on the left like this? I think when you are beautiful on the inside it so often reflects on the outside. When you are full of cobwebs and demons, not so much. Ladies from the left seem to me to have lifeless eyes, like great white sharks, ya’ know? That reminds me of a line from Jaws, which also reminds me of a little ditty, also from Jaws:

Farewell and ado all ye fine Spanish ladies…but I would insert the word democrat in place of ‘Spanish’ and another word in place of ‘ladies’.

    Weeeeeee ! Go Girrrrrrrl !

    • http://profiles.google.com/jsalexander100 Justin Alexander

Palin, Bauchmann, even Christine O’Donnell and Sharon Angle…. polls revealed that their popularity is/was largely due to one lone group, white males. And who can blame em? I’m a young Black democrat, even I’m attracted to Sarah P! I’d be more attracted if she were a bit more articualte and not so timid of the “lamestream media” but hey, at least she isn’t using her hand anymore.

But yes, lets acknowledge likely truths… there will be many people voting for Palin because she’s hot, as opposed to her political views. People go into the voting booth, they often vote without a valid reason other than the candidate being popular/physically attractive (polls after the JFK/Nixon debates on television and radio is one of the best examples of this)

Bottom line: let’s not vote for Palin because of her eyes. Let’s vote for her because we feel she’s qualified to run a nation and then be ready to support that claim

      • Anonymous

You are young and black and STILL a democrat?! Aaaahahaha! Nuff said. You’re voting against your own interests…unless you plan on being on gov. assistance or some-such, like many whites, blacks and others plan on.

Here is my favorite quote from my post above, and the part you may have missed: “I think when you are beautiful on the inside it so often reflects on the outside.” (Rs)

        Cuh-rayzee-man :-)

        • http://profiles.google.com/jsalexander100 Justin Alexander

I see, but wouldn’t you agree that inside beauty should be one of the least important things we look for in a leader of the free world?

It seems like whom ever tries to distort Governor Palin, karma pays them a visit. While Governor Palin continues to climb to the top those who viciously and unfairly attack her and her family see their careers flush down the toilet. She and her family will occupy 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue 2013-2021. America, I expect all of you not to be shocked when that occurs. With her leading, America will be back on the right track.
