Palin – Beck…
TRS, I hope you consider keeping this video of the October 7, 2011 speeches by Palin and Beck prominent on the site for our future “quick” URL reference.
The audience comments at the end indicate that Palin and Beck and Herman Cain are one in spirit and intent… the “truth has no agenda” other than to protect the innocent.

Thanks RS…
I watched both speeches yesterday… both are absolutely AWESOME!
Palin is on fire with ATTITUDE for about an hour, and of course, Beck is no slouch either and exhibits ATTITUDE also for his nearly hour speech.
The comments at the end by the audience members interviewed indicate that Palin, Beck and Herman Cain are one in spirit and intent, according to the people interviewed.
What Glenn Beck says about extremist islamism definitely MUST be spoken, and he says it without malice… simply the truth spoken with clarity.
Beck’s history of the Muslim Brotherhood on GBTV.com on Thursday, October 6, 2011 with David Barton is exceptional.
It should be watched by the Republican candidates for POTUS for “speech prep” and clarity.

Thanks for getting this post up.
Sarah Palin’s speech is one of her best.
Among other things she calls out Obama for being a “play to pay Chicago politician” who has never done anything to fight crony corporate capitalism.
During the Q&A, when she is asked which is worse, Perrycare or Romneycare, she shows people how to avoid attacking another Republican, but instead using the question to put it to Obama.
- http://profiles.google.com/ajtelles Art Telles
Freedom to speak now…
I was surprised when Palin said “both” in her nanosecond response to the question about Romney-care and Perry-care.
She spoke quickly, then articulated with clarity that the culprit with the ultimate onus about the efficacy about national Obama-care lies with BHObama… not the other Republican candidates and their views about state-care.
(PS. The “onus” is the word that I learned when Fonzi, Henry Winkler, used it on “Happy Days” about 25 or so years ago. To put it simply, it means “burden of proof.”)

She needs to start talk about how Romney must be stopped.

I always thought Palin and Beck would have a natural alliance.
Yet I remember reading that Beck had some kind of problem with her.
If true, I don’t know if I ever understood what.I’m still bummed Palin won’t be president in 2012.
I understand she’ll be working to maximize the ‘GOP/TPM’ in the legislative branch.
A palatable GOP president would be nice for 2012 too. No Obama.
We need to restore our country to the policies and practices that made it great in the first place.Maybe she’ll run in ‘16 or ‘20.
I hope the country is still salvageable then.God bless America – our country needs that blessing possibly now more than ever.

Palin in 2020…
Wishin’ and Hopin’ for Herman Cain for 8 years then Palin in 2020/21 for 8 more years.
In 2020/21 Palin will be in her mid 50′s…
… old enough and wise enough to know what to do then (and now of course) and young enough then with the physical and intellectual stamina to go toe-to-toe with the tyrants of the world, aka the “enemy within America” and without America.

This tiny little video from the Extraordinary Woman’s Conference on Saturday.
Palin ain’t going nay where folks….not if these 10,000+ have anything to say about it.

Sorry but I’m totally disaffected with Palin. Who is she now? Just a private citizen, not even the Governor of Alasaka. Why’d she’d quit that job again? (I thought to run for President, and so did the left) She was the perfect candidate, but she’s too busy collecting speaking fees and setting up new talking head gigs. As I write, I’m seeing a banner ad on this very page, ironic, it shows Obama and Palin as nemesis’. Not so much.
How long before Palin does a conservative Oprah show on GBTV? Ah if only George Washington had the guts to do his own talk show, he could’ve been great. But Beck is right, we don’t need leaders or presidents, we’ll just hide in our cellars and pray, next to our $20,000 food storage and rely on our $30,000+ in gold buried in the backyard. Gee why didn’t I think to buy a fortune in gold sooner? Who needs a president anyway? It’s not like that obama guy is affecting anything. Reagan was really over rated, we could have 3 terms of Jimmy Carter, same difference.
Thank God Sarah Palin chose celebrity over governing, now we will be blessed with Romney as the nominee and Karl Rove, Bill Krystol and Joe Scarborough can sleep sound. Long live the establishment!, they know best. Obama might get a 2nd term but Palin sure looks pretty sitting on the bench. Ah well, there’s always Dancing with the Stars. - Anonymous
If Romney can get the nomination and beat obama with no Conservative support, it will be a miracle, but I do believe his fake persona and checkered voting record with destroy him in the end. Otherwise, I stay home on election day.

What they do is, the Democrats change sides and vote for him, like they do here in Hungary, because he is Democrat light (heavy). It’s a game. If the dems think they are going to lose, they’ll jump ship and vote for the Republican that best represents democrats – thus the union will be lost forever.

“Thank God Sarah Palin chose celebrity over governing”
Nonsense!
For the past three years Sarah Palin has worked tirelessly to fight Obama’s policies and elect conservatives; Sarah Palin was #1 in the fight while others were sitting on the fence; she basically spearheaded the 2010 victory with her endorsements and rallies all over the country.
Sarah Palin has been the most vocal critique of the president. She took him on when his approval ratings were still high and no one dared say anything negative about Obama. ( Obamacare, the Federal Reserve’s money printing in funding our federal deficit, Crony Capitalism, etc)
No other national Republican leader has done so as consistently, effectively, and as well. She has withstood the slings, barbs, bullets, and arrows that would have fallen a lesser person.
The media and the REP establishment have done everything they can to vilify Sarah Palin and her family but despite a massive effort to destroy Sarah Palin, she is still on her feet and making a difference in the political world. - http://twitter.com/isleofyouth PhilipJames
So, are you saying that Sarah Palin should stop trying to elect Conservatives into office at all levels of government?
You are a not even a good dolt. - http://twitter.com/isleofyouth PhilipJames
Here is a better link to this speech… cuts out the boring stuff in the beginning and ends with the Q&A session at the end of her speech.

Finally Beck stood up and told the truth about Fox. I didn’t realize that he really started his own network. I’ll watch it but I won’t watch Fox – only when RS posts here. I don’t care to waste my time with O’reilly and the rest. Good for Palin for speaking against O’reilly (not here) – I heard she had a beef with him – I believe it to be true, and I hope it is so.

I can’t take anything Palin says seriously anymore. Just knowing that she strung us all along for so long is just too much to get over.
Oh, I’m sure I’ll get over it eventually. She probably couldn’t have won. The rage against her is just too great. So it’s for the best that she didn’t run. It’s just too bad that she led so many people on for so long. She really should be ashamed of herself unless she is exactly what they all said she was. It’s a real dilemma. What to believe about Palin. Could she really not make up her mind for so long? Or did she decide a long time ago and make fools out of all of us?
It’s really, really sad. Well, it just goes to show that hoping for something is always a waste of time. Never hope, that way you’re never disappointed.
- http://twitter.com/isleofyouth PhilipJames
Wow…. an adult with a child’s mind. Are you so sensitive that you can not accept that Sarah Palin has decided she will be able to better change the system by electing as many Conservatives in all levels of government?
Is that too much for your fragile mind to handle?
Then, please contact your local community mental health association and arrange for some counselling and then join a self help group to try to make it through this obviously horrible experience for you. - Anonymous
I spent almost three years defending Sarah Palin. I believed in her when every part of my gut told me not to.
I’m entitled to whine about being betrayed. If you don’t like it, tough.
- Anonymous
Oh, I feel your hurt, Jaynie. My gut told me to believe in her completely, and I do. God must have given her the answer, not her supporters. I think she was praying until she announced, not stringing us along/she doesn’t have a mean bone in her body that I’ve ever seen. The USA needs her to lead the way to right the wrongs, this may be the right answer- lead from the sidelines. I want her leading anyway she can.
- Anonymous
A lot of people who claimed to be supporters are really butt hurt about her decision not to run. It is what it is I guess. They are entitled to their feelings but being resentful and refusing to support such a great lady is not in the best interests of our country. It is so important to get out the conservative message and Palin does that magnificently. Let’s refocus on the big picture and remember to have the humility to know that none of us has all of the answers. Let’s bring whatever positives we have to the table and work as a team to get this country back on track. I do not want to squabble with my fellow conservatives/libertarians anymore and I apologize for being short with people about how they feel. Let’s get going because we have a lot of work to do.
- Anonymous
We don’t take what you say seriously either. No matter how many times you say it. What have you done for your Country today? Romney would be happy to string you along. Try him next.
- http://twitter.com/sohali2012 S.H.
The Palin bashers on the right are really beginning to annoy me. This woman has sacrificed so much for this country and she has led the opposition against Obama since the beginning. She had to endure all kinds of smears, lawsuits, derogatory commentary, sexist/ugly references from the crazy Left and the GOP establishment and suddenly she wants to protect her family and have more normalcy in her life. Is that such a horrible thing?
I think she will continue to bring excitement and sanity to the political sphere with her commentary, speeches and endorsements. Many of us would not be as interested in politics and change for the better if it wasn’t for Sarah Palin. God Bless her. - Anonymous
All of that is true and if she had announced back in the spring or summer that she was not going to run I don’t think any of us would have held it against her.
But she didn’t. She strung us all along for months for nothing. Now, if you want to believe that she really didn’t make up her mind until last week then go right ahead and believe that. I don’t believe it. I believed she was going to run right up until her Sept 3rd speech and even then I still hoped she’d run until I feared she might make a 3rd party run for it. That’s when I stopped supporting her. But even then, even then, I still thought she would run.
I could NOT believe she would do exactly what all the haters said she was doing. Stringing it out.
You know what? I still can’t believe she did that. That’s why I’m still pissed. How could I have been so wrong about her? It’s tough to live with being so wrong.
You go on hanging on her every word if you want to. Hell, give her PAC money if you want to. But don’t you dare criticize me and others like me who put all our hopes on her. She quit. She did exactly what my brother said she’d do.

OFF TOPIC, SUBSTANCE FREE ALERT: Stating the obvious and risking outraged cries of sexism, but Dana is really pretty. Conservatives have all the best looking female pundits. Our girls are happy, too. We must be doing something right.

Sarah Palin did the right thing by not running this election cycle. She has small children that the left would treat horribly if she ran or was elected. They need time to grow up a little more. She is young and has plenty of time to run in the future. She just needs to continue to speak up and get more experience in the foreign policy realm. She is not going anywhere and I admire for making the contributions she makes to the public discourse.

Is it just me, or is there some kind of conservative media black-out on the topic of Palin quitting? Besides these messages boards, I don’t hear it anywhere. Palin not running is the biggest news of the primary by far. Yet I heard 10X more about Christie last week. Nothing much at all on Beck or Rush or the Fox talking heads. Apparently it was just a ho-hum nothing story.
It’s like Palin running for President was the craziest idea ever, and any of us who thought she was SERIOUS were just stupid. Everybody knew Palin was not running, EXCEPT most of us supporters AND the left which feared her like no other. Msnbc and john stewart and bill maher are covering this story, they sure seem happy don’t they?
I respect Chris Christie more now, he didn’t flirt with his supporters like palin, he didn’t lead them on, he didn’t rent a bus and follow all the other candidates, he didn’t do PAC ad’s that sure looked presidential, he didn’t attend movie premiers celebrating himself, or make “Chris Christie’s New Jersey” on some cable show. No, he just did his job as Governor and didn’t QUIT and didn’t relentlessly TEASE his supporters. And we don’t see his kids pushed out in the lime light, I will be thankful to see no more of Bristol and her plastic surgery and dancing with the stars. Palin’s excuse for quitting because of her family is LAME, because all she did the past 2 YEARS is display her family at every opportunity, cable shows, CAMPAIGN TRAIL bus tours, a million interviews. Sorry, her family seemed to love the attention. They didn’t need to stand in front of the cameras if they didn’t want to. I’ve never even seen Christie’s family.
There’s 2 types of Palin fans, those that feel betrayed and used and those in denial. Wish she just stayed as governor.
I’ve had several of you ask for this via email and the only reason I hadn’t posted it is because I haven’t watched it. Sarah Palin’s appearance goes for around an hour alone. I’m not sure how long Beck was on stage.
Even so, here are both of their speeches, courtesy of FM NewsTalk 97.1. Palin’s speech starts around a third of the way into the video:
