Glenn Beck has fun interview with Sarah Palin

Beck and Palin talk about DWTS, TSA screenings and more! Beck even mentions his contrail/missile theory to Sarah, but thank goodness he doesn’t put her on the spot to address it. He had me worried there for a second.

Anyway, it’s a great interview. Beck’s interviews with Sarah are more like conversations between friends, and that’s why I like them so much.

    Dennis Miller had a fun talk with Sarah today, too. She said “We wouldn’t have a pot to piss in,” and he called her “dame” a lot.

    What, you mean you think Sarah is too stupid to answer that question? You mean she thinks she is too stupid to know that the contrail was from an airplane, as everyone, including all the experts, have said? Beck should have asked her, because if you think that she is qualified to be president, she would have answered it easily.

    I sure find it interesting how the trolls come out every time Ms Palin’s name is on any interview, or she is quoited ! Sound’s to me like the liberals are really afraid of the woman !

      In case you haven’t noticed, the liberals are the ones pushing for her to be the nominee. I’m a conservative/libertarian and I’m seriously worried about a 2012 Obama rerun. This is just like operation choas, except with Palin instead of Hillary.

      And maybe I am afraid of her running. I’m afraid for this country if Obama gets reelected. This is rational fear. Polls have her losing to Obama, while other candidates have a chance to beat him. It’s not that easy to beat an incumbent, we should be taking this seriously instead of indulging in this woman’s blind ambitions.

        If liberals actuallywanted her to be the nominee, they wouldn’t be saying they would cus she’d lose.
        They would be promoting her,, working behind the scenes trying to get her to win the nomination.

    Glenn says that Frank Capra was bashed by Hollywood for his movie themes. I wouldn’t call 6 Oscar nominations and 3 Oscar wins for best director “bashing”. He was nominated for “Mr. Smith Goes to Washington” but lost to the principal director of “Gone With the Wind”…one of the most popular movies of all time. Beware of people who re-write history to suit their cause, whether it’s Glenn Beck, Bob Woodward, or any other idiot who makes way more money than you by doing very little work!       People should carefully read the transcripts of what Palin actually says in public.

      Actually it was Stu who corrected her, but it was clearly a slip up and if you think it’s indicative that she knows nothing about world affairs, then lets apply the same measure to Obama who said he’d traveled to 57 states and still had 2 to go. He doesn’t know anything about this country!!!

        If you had bothered to listen to the rest of the interview, he adds that Hawaii and Alaska were not on his agenda….It is soooooo easy to leave out words in an interview to make it sound the way you want it to.. to furthur your agenda… It baffles me how people will take the media as word, and not reseaarch anything. Take some time to get the facts right, and then decide who you want to vote for… be smart and not lazy….

          Obviously, I would have been even more impressed if the media showed some consistency on this issue. Unfortunately, it seems they couldn’t resist the temptation to turn a simple one word slip-of-the-tongue of mine into a major political headline. The one word slip occurred yesterday during one of my seven back-to-back interviews wherein I was privileged to speak to the American public about the important, world-changing issues before us.

          If the media had bothered to actually listen to all of my remarks on Glenn Beck’s radio show, they would have noticed that I refer to South Korea as our ally throughout, that I corrected myself seconds after my slip-of-the-tongue, and that I made it abundantly clear that pressure should be put on China to restrict energy exports to the North Korean regime. The media could even have done due diligence and checked my previous statements on the subject, which have always been consistent, and in fact even ahead of the curve. But why let the facts get in the way of a good story? (And for that matter, why not just make up stories out of thin air – like the totally false hard news story which has run for three days now reporting that I lobbied the producers of “Dancing with the Stars” to cast a former Senate candidate on their show. That lie is further clear proof that the media completely makes things up without doing even rudimentary fact-checking.)

    If Palin really had been picked on about that NK remark, I could sympathize some. But her odious and dishonest “A Thanksgiving Message to All 57 States (!)” is well described by Sully at http://andrewsullivan.theatlantic.com/the_daily_dish/2010/11/why-america-wont-buy-palinism.html ). Palin’s message starts with a pastiche of Obama gaffes (real AFAICT) and then claims she did it to defend herself from the media/lib bloggers etc. making a big deal of her NK gaffe. Well, no they didn’t. Then she claims she referred to SK a few times before and then corrected herself. No, I looked over the transcript at Beck’s (http://www.glennbeck.com/content/articles/article/196/48554/) and both claims are false. Others referred to the Koreas first, and when she make that mistake – in that paragraph, her first mention of Koreas and only NK which led up to the gaffe. Then Stu corrected her. So she lied about how it went.

    And it’s a tacky way to respond anyway, just to rag on Obama instead of complaining how dumb it would be to pick on her. Then the supreme tastelessness of making that a *Thanksgiving Day* message of all things. This is trashy, can you see this? Also, see the grotesque comment section of the FB note: typically people reveling in how she sticks it to libs, fights for Christian and patriotic values (despite being so manifestly unstatesmanlike and unchristian.)

    Do you people care about that, at all?
