Glenn Beck rakes Larry O’Donnell over the coals for minstrel comment

Glenn Beck takes a rather large portion of his radio show this morning to focus on Lawrence O’Donnell, or rather his recent controversial statements referring to Michael Steele as a minstrel dancer who is a slave to the RNC. Of course O’Donnell has already apologized, but that doesn’t stop Beck from rubbing his face in it, as O’Donnell would surely do if any prominent conservative would have said such a thing. But instead of just calling out the hypocrisy, Beck decides to recommend new theme music for Larry’s new show – something from the musical stylings of a popular, yet historically misguided jazz singer named Al Jolson, who seemed to enjoy a bit of black face in his performances every once in a while.

It’s a lengthy clip, but I’ve pared it down as much as I can.

Enjoy!
