Glenn Beck Show Discussion – June 25, 2010

Glenn's two shows on Black founders were excellent. In those two hours, he shows more love for the Black citizens of this country and their contributions to this country's history than the Democrats have in 200 years.

OK, Glenn definitely has to do something about this set. You can see people from the street taking pictures (e.g. when they're talking about textbooks). This is an unecessary distraction for an otherwise excellent and informative program.

God bless the great people of this country of all colors and backgrounds!

What I refused to learn as a young boy in school, and only finishing the sixth grade, it is becoming more evident that what my father wanted me to learn by making me read magazine articles when I was nine and then explain what it meant, has lead me to this point in my life where I am getting educated on our history, from a TV show.

Our African-American founders have been done a disservice by excluding them from this history. I am encouraged by what I have seen from this show that we can no longer play ignorance as to how significant the black founders were to our existence. As so many have bleed and died for this founding, it is something we must all remember and when we do, ensure that our black forefathers be never forgotten for their sacrifices.

They don't give any reason why they would choose lump him into the kook category, but I doubt they have any reason other than he is telling the truth.

Anyone have any more info on the hate for this guy?

People dislike Barton because he's restoring history. They claim he's changing history. He is exposing how the Left has destroyed history and created a false sense of racism since the early twentieth century. The Left wants to keep the power of racism.

I grew up in an area that is not racially diverse. Blacks comprise .03% of the county as of the 2000 census. I never understood racism until I moved to the South and saw how blacks and whites are played off each other. It disgusts me how politicians have destroyed the culture of family among Black Americans through insidious welfare programs.

Thank God for David Barton and Glenn Beck.

Unfortunately, Ozzie, I think I can answer your question. David Barton is a Christian. And that would be a good reason for “them”.

They have destroy the culture of Black Americans by Theft, and deprivation of what blacks worked for. The Welfare was the crumbs, from the wealththat was stolen from Blacks, and transferred to immigrants. Just like they are again transferring Wealth to Hispanics, because Whites have helped them steal long enough. They need a new privilege class to outnumber whites.
