Soon all departments will be able to reject request. But think about it it is a program that was born out of government corruption in the 60's. And in good government behavior, they put the policing powers in the government. So the government oversees the government using FOIA. How useful was FOIA anyway. They let some things out sure, but there is a lot more that doesn't leave a directors office. When they fix this, they should make FOIA a non-governmental program (business) available directly to the public as a paralegal service and not a program in the government.
