Glenn Beck: We need a 2% VAT tax to fix the economy

Actually it’s more specific than that:

I want a 2% VAT that goes directly to the deficit – no more than 10 years; constitutional amendment; and it must be with a balance budget amendment.

Beck is serious – it must be a constitutional amendment or he won’t support it.
